We plan on coming into Sydney 2-3 days ahead, so those sounds like great options right near the pier. Hotels at pier area look quite good as well. We would love to go to a performance at Opera House and likely book something there. Any great diner or food spots - maybe within walking distance?

We are doing this same cruise next year and very excited to hear it was good. We have always liked the Solstice and that size ship. Any recommendations on airlines to and from Sydney/Singapore? We are going from Midwest and have always arranged our own airfares but think we may go through Celebrity this time. And any recommendation on hotels in Sydney near the port? Things to do?
