Just wondering if you can have coffee and cream on this diet. Is there anyplace you can find more about this diet.

Oh we love indian food and yes the main menu gets boring. Please hope some one can tell me that they have it on the miracle.

i exercise regularly every day. Have maybe 10 pounds to lose. Everytime i do atkins i gain it back once hollidays are done. I plan on doing it again as we cruise March 21 of this year. Is it possible for 10 pounds in 1 month.

I have booked the celebrity equinox for march 21 and it will not let me on to book shore excursions. It keeps saying that my reservation is being modified. My final payment is not due till january 5th so not sure if that is having an impact on it. They let me on once and everything was fine now i can not view anything. Any help would be appreciated. I find i can do atkins during the week but i do enjoy a couple of glasses of red wine on the weekend. Do need to lose like 10 pounds and hoping it wont hurt the diet that much, Any suggestions????
