  1. Ok question. I was told to pack magnetic hooks for drying swim suits and such, can I take that out of my cruise box?

In this room specifically, we have so many hooks that I wouldn't need any extra. There's about six between the two bathrooms. With three guests in the room, that's plenty. If your cabin has one bathroom and you have four guests for example, I'd maybe bring a few just incase you need extras. At least they are small to pack!

  2. Another random thing, the bathrooms! Two things I really like on the Harmony in regards to the bathrooms. One is the night lights. Even with all the lights off, there is an overhead light that softly glows. Just enough to see at night. Such a great little feature. The second would be the hooks for wet bathing suits, towels etc. They are BEEFY! I hate when the hooks are so tiny that you can't even hang a bathing suit without it falling constantly. Not on Harmony. Right now I have THREE bathing suits hung on one hook, and there is plenty of room for more. They are wide and deep. Maybe that's a small detail to some, but to me it stands out as a great design feature and is super handy! 157a068d53187e237adb5986f539c2be.jpg

  3. Do you think they would let an adult order from the menu? I could see DH ordering a double order of the flatbread margherita or the lady from the couple we are sailing with, who is a vegetarian, ordering it. In fact, one of the complaints about CK (not heard many) is that they no longer have the flatbreads daily.

Did you daughter order a flatbread? And was it good?

Thanks. We are on OA on 8-20-2017

Yeah I don't think they would mind at all. They're very easy going in there. People are requesting all sorts of things. She hasn't ordered one yet, as she is in LOVE with the pasta with tomato sauce (which is not on the menu, but they are happy to make for her!). I'll be sure to let you know about the flat bread if we get one!

Dinner was excellent as usual! I had the lamb, Mike had the chicken! Here is the menu. The crab cakes were HUGE and one of the best things we have eaten. I loved the slaw on top. I was so excited to eat it, I forgot to get a picture. [emoji38] After dinner we went to meet Shrek, which was Sophie's big request of the day. Now we are relaxing in the room until 7:45pm. Sophie will head to the Kids Club again for a bit (they are doing a glow in the dark puppet show) and we are hoping to hit the casino. Fingers crossed! 🤞

  5. Thanks for doing this. We are going to be on Harmony on June 10.

Have you seen any information about mixology classes?

Also I saw a post on Oasis that Sabor is doing a happy hour where you can just order guacamole....have you seen that on Harmony?

Enjoy the rest of your cruise.

There was a Martini Workshop one day, so far that's the only one I have seen, BUT in my pregnant state, I haven't been looking out for them in particular. ;)

Sabor has Happy Hour every day from 3-6pm. Not sure what is involved, but I'll try to find out.

  6. Two questions if you don't mind.

Since you are in a suite, did you make any reservations for the shows, or just go to the reservation line and show your card?

And, what is on the suite sun deck? Is there a hot tub, cabanas, etc?

Thank you for your on-going review!

No reservations for shows. Just show up 20 minutes early and show your card. The sun deck I'll be posting pictures, but there is one hot tub, a bar, lots of lounge type furniture, couches etc, padded sun loungers, a few padded beds and three or four "cabanas" that are pretty private. They face forward but there isn't much of a view because they overlook the solarium.

  7. So glad that many of you are enjoying following along! I love the live posts, so it's fun to write and share. I always look for posts that have info for kids and toddlers, and find it elusive sometimes. Hopefully the experiences we share with Sophie can help others too. One last picture before bed. This is something we haven't seen anyone mention before. There was one elevator tonight that had a piano in it. The pianist was just riding up and down, and as people got in the elevator, he asked what song they wanted him to play. We watched a few people go in and out. Many were singing along at the top of their lungs. So fun. A nice and unexpected touch of entertainment. [emoji445] Tomorrow we are headed to Falmouth. We plan to get off for an hour to get a beef patty, but some Blue Mountain Coffee and hot sauce, then get back on the ship. Goodnight all! 386c3e22d5bf5364ca2122590cfdaa38.jpg

  8. I wanted to share some more info about the Suite Lounge. There is an area with a mini buffet and coffee bar. Espresso is available free of charge 24/7. They have decaf and regular. The machine makes lattes, macchiatos etc and is very easy to use. The buffet area has continental breakfast in the mornings, snacks throughout the day and appetisers in the evening. Here are some of the pictures from this evenings appetiser selection. Everything is delicious and bite sized. Perfect for when you want a taste of something, but aren't ready for a full meal, or don't want to go wait in line at Park Cafe. 7d9b838541c34b2dfc63977687954082.jpg

  9. Some of our food options from Wonderland. The only choice we got to make was the entree. Everything else was chosen by the chef and waiter based on what we said we liked and disliked. My only dislike is Peanut Butter. The signature dessert contains PB, so I was pleasantly surprised when they brought out one they made without PB for me! The Apple dessert pictured here was also pretty cool. No apples or apple flavour are used. It just looks like one! The food was tasty. I chose he Pork Entree and Mike chose the beef. The beef was the most tender beef we have ever had. Imagine pot roast, but even meltier. 0787e5e8f8c4c471091cf57d9b3c0a91.jpg

  10. Magic menu at Wonderland. So fun! The staff were exceptional. Sophie got TWO galley tours today. Wonderland and Coastal Kitchen. She is being totally spoiled by the staff everywhere. Never be afraid to cruise with young kids, they have a blast and it makes it easier on the parents too when everyone is willing to chat with her and help her feel special! e87a089658a10940e9551e06cb852004.jpg
