when and where will you get the " Special login" after boarding? DO i have to go to guest services?

I am booked on the April 24th voyage and was wondering if anyone has sailed her before and their observations? I think she is dry docked and the APril 1st voyage was cancelled. Hoping they get her back on water before my cruise.

I am new to Royal and just booked a trip and added the internet package. How does it work when you board ship? DO i go to guest services and activate or how does it work? Do i put phone on airplane mode? Please be nice as i am lost of how things go on Royal.
