Does anyone have the ship's number to call in case there is an emergency call from home? I know that when we have cruised Celebrity previously there was one listed in the back of the cruise book, but I cannot seem to find it for this ship. Just want all my bases covered before we leave.

We will be in Vancouver next July before our Alaskan cruise. Has anyone gone to Butchart Gardens from Vancouver? If so how did you do this trip? From everything I read the bus is very slow and a cab is very expensive. I would appreciate any information on getting form Vancouver to where you catch a boat/ferry to Victoria and then how do you get to the gardens once in Victoria.

Thank all of you for your responses. I think my dh and I will still plan on going. I just hope my sister and her dh change their minds. We have been wanting to go on this cruise for such a long time. It is one of those bucket list things and cruising won't be the same without them.:(

With the world situation like it is now how safe is it to travel to Ephesus? We had been planning a cruise next fall which included that port and now my sister is afraid to go because Turkey is so close to Syria. I know it is difficult to project a year from now, I just wanted to get some opinions on this. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Quite frankly we were pleasantly surprised the gelato. They make it on the ship and it was creamy, not overly flavored.

Can anyone please tell me the best dates/time of year for a Mediterranean cruise? We would like to go when the kids are in school and it isn't too hot. Are fares cheaper in the Spring of Fall? Which sailing should we do and which should we eliminate? Just got off the New Year's Eve 11 day cruise on the Equinox and despite the weather had a wonderful time. Looking forward to planning the next one.

Thanks Lovemylab. It makes me more excited to go. How was Nachi Cocum? We have reservations there too. Sad that a few people can spoil the brunch. I do remember RCCI letting us take pictures first, Celebrity should do this also. Any other tips?

Thanks for the several "heads up" comments. We leave on the same itinerary in 7 days. Can't wait. How were the ports? Any suggestions? How was the weather? Really don't care for the towel animals, had a lot of them on Disney. How was the main dining room food? What did you mean about the second formal being smart casual? Don't tell me I am going to have to replan my clothes. Ugh!!! It is hard enough to plan this with the holidays around the corner.:eek:

Ok I understand about knives, but I was going to pack a small sewing kit in my checked luggage. Would that be ok? I never had a problem with it before in the checked luggage?:confused:

We will be leaving Dec. 30, 2013 on the Equinox. Which cruise port will she be at in Fort Lauderdale that day? It seems to make a difference in where you park.

I have printed our Xpress passes but when I try and order our luggage tags it says they are unable to fulfill my request at this time (the last couple of days that is). Anyone have this problem?:confused:

Hi WonderMan3, Loved your review and the videos. We are doing the same cruise Dec 30th of 2013. I don't know if you still check the boards but I have a couple of questions about the Lamanai & New River Safari you took. What made you take this tour over the AltunHa Mayan Site & River? They are both offered by the ship one being 6 hrs and the other being 7 hrs. Are they still basically the same place? After watching your video we are so excited to visit the Mayan ruins in Belize.
