Did you get a confirmation invoice that said paid in full or a confirmation invoice for the trip. If the confirmation said paid in full then NCL is at fault. If not I think your TA made the error

Every time i have booked with NCL and called to pay they always run my credit card while I am on the phone to make sure it went thru.

They should have done this for the TA as well. It was the TA responsibility to make sure the payment went thru. Especially since there was suck a time sensitive issue.

I hope NCL comes thru but they usually don't bend any of their rules

Friends called on tuesday and got a 4K discount on the same cabin that they were quoted on Monday

I have had same issues with cas in the past

NCL most likely does this so the one person in the room who buys the UBP doesn't supply drinks to everyone else in the room

i think the pool is 3 feet maximum

it is not deep and not big but its a nice addition to the private haven area

There is usually a courtyard attendant who can get you food drinks and usually comes by with fresh fruit in the afternoon

I think if you qualify for suite or penthouse you can get the package

It depends on your play and what type of free cabin you would normally qualify for

Thinking of renting a cabana at GSC but its a bit pricey and I heard its not near bathrooms or food. What is the $50 food credit for if you rent the large cabana. Isn't the food free on the island

I can't believe the balconies are so small. The courtyard penthouse balcony is bigger than the 2 bedroom balcony. Thats absurd.

The aft penthouse suite has a superb huge balcony but then you are not in he actual Haven which is big drawback for me
