You can bring the wrinkle free spray that works really good. Also pack your clothes in tissue paper. If desperate use the service on board for laundry.

Yes you can take the towels off ship but bring them back, do not lose them or you will be charge for them since you have to sign towels out

Harmony of the Seas 5/12/18

Yes. I book my cruise first all the time. Usually I leave a day or two ahead of time. Also you can use the RCCL air flight service, AIR2SEA they can help you.:)

I've tried to get an idea on flights but can currently only book a flight to Orlando (from the UK). I ideally need to book the cruise soon as we need connecting rooms and I know these go quick but have no guarantee there will be any flights on the days we need them to anywhere other than Orlando.

Should I risk booking the cruise now or wait until the flights come out?

The website is bad. It is not friendly user. It not the same website and has change in 9 years. :confused:

What ever happen to Seattle Best coffee? The coffee they offer now is very strong. At least on the Harmony of the Seas. Not everyone likes Starbucks.

I was booked for the Harmony 9/9 and was pushed out to 12th. We really wanted to go. However due to the airports 3 flights we tried to booked was cancelled. We were unable to get in and also our returned flight was cancelled. So I had to cancel. We receive credit for cruise fair future cruise and gratuity, ports, packages monies returned.:(

Was booked on Harmony, Sept 9th sailing and couldn't wait to go. It was pushed out to September 12th. Boarding to 5PM but couldn't go because all flights into Fl had been cancelled from NJ, PHILA, Del, NY area. bummer

I purchase the package for myself, even though I know I will not consumed that much. My husband did not because he is on medication. If we have to purchase another, I want a credit and not used the package deal. We are older couple and diamond members, Not fair to people who do not cheat the system. Just do away with the package.

This is very disappointing and, coupled with some of the other annoyances, might just be enough to push us over the edge! We always get a balcony so we can enjoy some meals (mostly breakfast) out there. It is one of the things we enjoy most. This would definitely push us to look at other vacation options more than we have the last few years.

Me too! We enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Now I guess we will find other options. I:confused:

Not trying to be a jerk or anything but the cruise line still provides you with your meals. You just may have to go to them instead of them coming to you.

 

I just don't see the reason for the huge backlash. But that's me. I'm not all cosmopolitan and all that.

 

Cruising is a business. Just the way it works with a business. Cut overhead, make more money. Lose customers. More will come to fill in. I have no doubt.

I can understand the service charge for midnight to 5a but having breakfast in your room in the morning, it takes the joy of just relaxing. We always look forward to 2 or 3 times a week breakfast on the balcony. It is a big treat for us. My husband has a difficult time walking at times and what better way to start off the day.

:rolleyes:We are planning our annual cruise in September aboard the Harmony of the Seas. A few time my husband and I enjoy having breakfast on the balcony. So the menu we get in our room is being change? continental only? and service fee of $7.95 pp?

I was looking at the Superior Balcony on the harmony of the Seas and wondering if the table on the balcony is as tall as the Oasis & Allure. We love to eat breakfast on the balcony. Are the table smaller?

From previous sailings. I always had classic seating but if there something we wanted to see or do, we just skip the classic dinner set up and book somewhere. Also when booking our shows we schedule around our dinner time.

I'm going in May. Are we or are we not having DD?

If you know you are doing a b2b let your travel agent know and you can stay in your same room.

Hats off to you! I constantly talk about RCL and tried to get people to try and be WOW! I believe excluding your companion that with you (especially if you are sharing the same room) is sad. Rules or no rules .

The Oasis of the Seas is being updated now in Rottendamn for the new Dynamic Dining and I read that they are taking away the Chapel. Where would service be held? Don't you think this is important to have?

That the joy of cruising. You have the luxury of spending a lot, or nothing. The cruise ship needs the revenue to build, renovate and to enhance a more enjoyable cruise line and cruising. I too enjoy just cruising and I have paid a little and sometimes a lot it depends on my budget but just being out there is good enough for me.
