  1. Yes, this is what we have done the past two cruises and plan to do on the next. If you plan to snorkel and do not have your own gear, I would recommend going to Low Key Watersports. They're in Cruz Bay, about a five minute walk from the ship. They're very professional, equipment is clean and updated, they fit you for your mask. We are usually in and out of there in under 15 minutes. (They also have a discount coupon on their website). From there walk back into town where you can grab a cab to Maho. If you happen to end up in one of the safari style "cabs", they often stop to drop off passengers to other beaches. I believe it takes us about a half hour. I hope this helps.

Super helpful! I heard that it is a bit of a hike to get to the actual beach there? I guess you like that beach since you go there every time? Do you remember how much the cab is to get there?

  2. Sounds perfect, thank you! Do you know about what time the places at fish fry open? We are in port 7-2 and I want to do the beach, fish fry, shopping and stop at the pirate brew house.

  3. It's Long Wharf or Junkanoo Beach and it runs from the Fish Fry all the way to downtown. Search for Junkanoo and you'll find tons of information.

Thank you! I was wondering if everyone just considered it Junkanoo. It looks like it has a break in it between Junaknoo and there on Google earth so I wasn't sure.
