Thank you. By "reregister", is that deleting the user from the app and trying again? There is a "delete" option, but it felt like a self-destruct button so I avoided it. if it's just deleting the app user and nothing else, I suppose it's safe to do so...

We just booked a cruise for the end of May (6th cruise with Princess, first with the medallion). When I try to log into the app, it tells be to go to "Ocean Ready" I need to link the booking. So when I try to link the booking, it says the booking has already been claimed. Has anyone else here seen that?
