I went on the ventura (you can call and ask p&o how kids are on board), there was a few hundred kids on one week a week later there was 26. One week was in school hols and the other not.

We had a great time and hardly saw any kids and when we did they were accompanied by parents, so it was more like an adult cruise

Is it the 15th if so I was looking at that cruise. If so flights are included on a well known cruise site. If you carry on through the booking process it asks you which airport you want to fly from.

. When we enquired about transferring our booking to X506 we were quoted an extra £1,000 for the same package (where does this come from?) so needless to say have stayed with our original booking!

I think your problem lies with your travel agent and what you were told.

Personally i learnt to book late, and save some money. Although the prices are now a lot closer between fares (at least at the cruise we were looking at), taking into account obc and parking etc

I can recommend alla tours. I was very cautious of booking with someone other than po in st Petersburg. I am however very glad we did.

We did the two day grand tour. The guide was great, we did not really que. we went in The hermatige early. People on our table they quad for ages and only had a short time in the museum. Not sure if we were lucky or it was planned that way, but they are a Russian tour agency with many rave reviews.

For $25 more we got a walking tour of Tallinn as well. I think they may even do a gdansk tour. We hired a taxi in gdansk between 6 of us from our table and she was our guide. Worked out at the same price as a po tour
