Extremely happy, I have been on the wait list for a suite (3rd) in line for our Royal Christmas cruise but thanks to the knowledgable cruisers here I have also been checking the Princess site daily. Last night it paid off and I saw they had released one with out going through their wait listed passengers. So I contacted our TA and grabbed it. Sorry for numbers one and two but extremely happy for me.

The last update for the Port of Maui was Jan 30, 2014 so the ships may be stopping there. I keep waiting for them to post an update.

I too am waiting on the rest of the 2015 schedules and found the following information on the Port of Hawaii's website.

I think you will clear also.

 

Though - Princess's wait list system is flawed. A suite may open and you may not be notified. I would definitely check the availability frequently and if you see a suite open, call your TA to get it.

 

BTW - I would not pick an aft suite due to the soot problems.

Thank-you for the reply. I have read many Royal posts about the soot and plan to stay away from the aft!

You will clear, there will be so much movement between now and the cruise. Especially after final payment. No problem.

We are currently booked in a mini for Royal's 10-day Southern Caribbean over Christmas but we are on the waitlist for a suite (#3 on the list). I am wondering how likely it is that we will be able to clear the waitlist. Our other option is changing to the Regal which does have suites available, however we really prefer the Royal's itinerary.

Thoughts and insights appreciated.

Was just on their site and had no problems. However, it kept crashing on me last night when I was trying to book our 1 day coastal. It took repeated attempts over an hour to finally get it done.
