  1. It is true that the prices vary ship and sail date. Since the $18. deal, the price for the package for our Oct 2019 cruise has switched several times between $44. & $47. never lower or higher.
  2. Check the following Government of Canada website. https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/fpa-apa/menu-eng.html It outlines what is permissible and not.
  3. I have a cpap machine and have taken it on three cruises. I advise special needs by email requesting an extension cord and distilled water and these are in our cabin when we get there. definitely do not bring an extension cord as it will be confiscated.
  4. It is not available on our October 2019 Holy Land Cruise , but is available for our 12 night Baltic Cruise Aug 2020. The price Canadian $33.24, which is more than US$19.99. Probably in the US$25/$27. range depending on their conversion rate.
