Your best bet in my opinion is play Bingo on the last day. They packages are usually around $25 and the cash jackpot is usually best on the last day. For casino games, I'd agree that $20 is not much to start with or play long with on a cruise ship. We were on the Odyssey in June and I played poker the 1st few nights. I got bored because I was folding most of my hands and also the table minimum was slightly above my comfort level. So I watched and observed the table game Ultimate Texas Hold Em. I played for a little while to get my feet wet and then went back to my room and watched a few videos on it to learn some strategy. I played it the rest of the week. I only lost about $50 bucks but had a blast being involved in every hand and coming close a couple times to having a royal flush.
