Have the HIL package. Since it will only allow one device to be connected at a time I’m wondering what the charge is to add another device so both of us can be connected at the same time.

Are the ala carte laundry the same size as the laundry package bags? Trying to decide if it will be more beneficial to have laundry done every three or four days, or every day. Thanks

We have the HIA package that allows one device at a time. We will both want to use it at the same time. What are the options available to add the second device. I see a package for adding a premium account, but I only want to add a second device, not upgrade. Can we add the second device onboard using OBC?

The HIA has internet for one device included. What is the charge to add another device? I see that I can add the premium package for about $15 per day but am wondering if I can add the cheaper package on board for less.

Looking at a back to back but from two different ports. One cruise ends in San Pedro and the other begins from San Diego the same day. Would this be possible? If so what means of transportation should I use to get between the two ports? If too risky I’ll just forget this idea.

After contacting my TA, my credit was removed from cruise credits to my booking. Yea!!

Whelp that was a kick in the gut. Applied and was approved within hours. Showed up in my future cruise credits under onboard credits after about 24 hours. Looked today and it has disappeared and no onboard credits are listed. Too good to be true or start digging with Holland or TA?

Thanks for the ‘heads up’. Applied yesterday, got approved, and it showed up today. Never knew retired teachers could get this benefit.

One thing we learned about the cost of the unlimited laundry was that part of the cost was absorbed by bringing one less bag on the trip. We found that by doing laundry we could pack one less bag and thus save $60 in bag fee from the airlines.

Does Hal offer Luggage Direct out of San Diego? I know Fort Lauderdale has it and I used it. Great service and was wondering if I could use it again out of San Diego.

First time out of San Diego. Is an 11:20 flight home a reasonable time or should I look for a later flight? Any hotel recommendations?
