I just booked a World Cruise which includes Jordan and Egypt. How safe are these ports of call? My husband is very nervous about the threat of terrorism. The cruise is in January 2018.

Has anyone done a World Cruise recently and how was security?

How far is it from San Pedro to lax? If I take a book a flight at 10:45 am at Lax, will I be able to make that flight? How early can I get off the Ruby and make that flight?
