Hi All, Thanks to COVID we haven't taken a cruise since Jan. 2020. At that time there was construction going on at the Carnival port that affected the parking garage. They had off-site parking that was somewhat less than successful! We are leaving Sept. 16th for a short Mexico cruise. What is the parking situation now? Is everything back to normal?
