    We do not have planned itineraries and rates past early April 2016 for MSC Divina or any of the other ships in our fleet. Once available, itineraries will posted on our website.

  4. If one books through a TA, do the perks of the Fantastical level apply? What is drink pkg? Does it apply to Transatlantic cruises. Web site is very confusing.

  5. We went on this same cruise in the beginning of 2014 & I was able to pre-book wine & bar packages on MSC website, got coupons while on board & paid on the checkout as a part of the final bill.

     

    This time around when I log in & go to "On board services/Book packages & excursions" I can only see wine & beer packages but not bar items (Allegrissimo Escape, etc). If I go to "Pre-Paid Packages/Book Special Services Packages" then there is form to enter pretty much any item & payment (CC) required.

     

    If MSC customer service is reading this may be they can provide some guidance which is the correct way to go about it?

    We've read your feedback and want to clarify about our new Inclusive Experiences and what they offer. Please note that there are slight differences between what is offered in the North American market and in our other markets.

     

    The Inclusive Experiences are designed to allow guests to customize their cruise experiences. Guests who select the Bella Experience will receive the best price and have the option to add on any additional amenities they desire. The Inclusive Experience chosen will not impact the level of service received.

     

    Here are the answers to some of the questions mentioned:

     

    -The Bella Experience will receive cleaning twice per day and turn down service. This is offered fleet wide.

     

    -Guests traveling together can book both the Bella and Fantastica Experiences and put in requests to dine together. Requests will be confirmed on board and will be based on availability.

     

    -All guests can still pay to access the adult-only sun decks. Aurea Experience guests will receive complimentary access.

     

    -Guests who have booked the Bella Experience, still have the option to have their children participate in all complimentary kids activities and have access to the kid's clubs. For the special DoReMi Chef and Language Classes there is an additional fee of $30 per child.

  7. I'm a long time Carnival cruiser who has decided to step outside my comfort zone this coming March. I have booked the "Aurea" rate, with all inclusive drinks. Just wondering if this rate is a true all inclusive as to the types & number of drinks that can ordered (per day). Thanks!

    We look forward to welcoming you aboard! With the Aurea Experience on MSC Divina cruises after October 18, 2014, you will receive an true all-inclusive package that can be used for unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, cocktails, soda, and ice cream/gelato (not valid on premium drinks).

    We apologize for any inconvenience. With the launch of our new pricing structure (Inclusive Experiences) yesterday, we had to make updates to the promotion.

     

    The Super Diva Deal offer is still valid for the 18-night Grand Voyage and there is still the offer of the Balcony Stateroom (a Bella Balcony) for the price of an Ocean View (a Fantastica Ocean View).

    It is possible to book a second week on MSC Divina while onboard. Our Future Cruise Consultants are able to make bookings after checking with Guest Relations for a cruise extension. However, there is the chance that the ship will lack inventory or could be sold out.

    I am interested in the stretch and modification to the Lirica class ships. In fact I am considering the Armonia for a med cruise next year. Can you please provide details on how the public rooms will be modified as I had read there will be major changes to bring her up to fleet standards.

    I saw how Costa rebuilt the Romantica making her absolutely breathtaking.....will MSC improve the Armonia to that standard? If so I am ready to book.

    If anyone has any updated info, please advise.....if MSC reads this, can you provide a time line when rebuild updates will be published......or maybe some video on youtube.

    Hi Tom,

     

    MSC Armonia will be undergoing it's stretching from August 31 to November 17 of this year. The Renaissance project includes adding exciting new entertainment options, technological advancements, extended shops, and nearly 200 new cabins. Highlights of the updated ships include a completely new spray park, with an exhilarating pathway of water features and water cannons and enhanced onboard boutiques with new interiors, more space and an all-new perfumery with display corners dedicated to leading brands, such as Dior, Lancôme and Dolce & Gabbana.

  11. Hello All,

    We got off divina yesterday and had the issue in the dining room of having to argue with the maiter'ed for a table, and then had to argue to just get a menu, or a drink with the waiter. Then on the second to last day during breakfast, the two maiter'eds were screaming at each other in the middle of the dining room. Personally I find this to be extremely rude, and unprofessional and not Italian hospitality.

  12. Lost our digital camera on the boat between 12 to 12:30am,from deck 10 to deck 6-Theater AVANGUARDIA, back to deck 4 to exit for excursion. I found out that my daughter did not have it anymore when we stepped out of the boat for the excursion in KATALOON. Not sure where the camera went missing, but no one returned it as I went everyday to guest service to enquire. if you have found it or seen something, let me know. Pictures from our daughter's 16 th birthday-NEW YORK- and the start of our cruise to celebrate our 25th anniversary are until now lost forever. We are hoping everyday that whoever found it, is trying to give it back to the right owner. please reply

  13. What are the opportunities for ballroom and other dancing on Divina?

     

    Are the dance classes "beginner" only?

     

     

    There are a variety of dance classes available for guests of all levels. Some of the different types of dance classes offered include: Cha Cha, Bachaa, Mambo, Merengue, and more!

  14. Same problem here today. First cruise with MSC and not impressed with the pre-cruise planning so far. Every other cruiseline we've booked with agents has allowed access to the reservations, just not the ability to change cabin or cancel except through agent which makes sense.
