Did not realize that it had gone to 140. I am traveling in Canada this summer and last time I checked it was 1.32.

Just saw on visahq an Australian site that you don't need a visa. My wife is Australian and just checked.

All staff are part of the pool system, no matter where they work. I have looked around and have never seen anyone put something in the folder. Incl. us. What I do, an we are usually doing long b2b2b type cruises at the end a leave with the officer in charge an envelope with a fair amount to be shared by the staff. We have been thanked very much. But to each his own.

The 36oz ribeye is and extra $59. That's a lot.

No. I did not. It went very well. We did private in Burma. From a well known Jewish company. 10% of the ship used them. Have a great time
-
It is very easy. Just a lot of paperwork. And the ship made lots of mistakes on what they pre filled out. Check their work.
-
We did it on the Volendam last February. Lots of paperwork. We did the b2b and have never been given so many forms. For Burma, visa, customs and health forms need to be filled out.
-
I don't see then either.
-
We were on the Volendam earlier and the Europe cruises were out before we left the ship in February.

Having been there several times there is no need to spend $55 pp on a tour. You can get anywhere for $5 a shot. Total waste of money.

Friend of mine was looking at the maasdam round trip to Europe this fall. 40 plus day cruise. Was given the discount price and then told him it is only for active duty personal. If a military person gets 30 days leave a year how do they sell them a 42 day cruise. Scam?

Good. You'll have a nice time.

I have been there on the allure of the seas. We found it perfectly safe. We and thousands of others wandered everywhere with zero problems. The people of Falmouth understand what the cruise industry has done for their small town and harassing of a tourist is not permitted. I walked all the way to the edge of town to the old Jewish cemetery. Just lots of hellos. Get out there and enjoy.

While I know this is a cruise site and as anyone can check I have never posted anything but cruise related I must say a few things.
It's easy to build a new mouse trap when you don't have any rules. I can't speak about Florida but in NYC uber pays NO road taxes. None. Taxis pay $3000 per car per year. Uber cars are not bonded and carry minimum FHV ins. Taxis are inspected 3 times a year at the TLC inspection center. Uber cars at your local gas station once. God forbid you have an accident in a uber car. You can NOT sue uber. There have been zero successful lawsuits as when you sign up you give up your right to sue them for anything, other then rape. Two new rape suits were filed last week.
To the gentleman that would like to kinda drive for them. Remember if you have an accident your ins company will void your policy as you are not allowed to use your personal car for commercial reasons. Your pax will sue YOU and you will be liable for all damages yourself.
Sorry if I am passionate about this. I have a friend that drove a taxi for a long time. He went to uber and was rammed by another uber driver watching his gps rather then the road. Disabled for life. No recourse. Other drive did not have a dime to his name. Uber is free of liability. Unlike the taxi industry where every driver is covered by work men's comp. uber drivers are on their own.
Sorry to hijack this. The original poster just wanted a question answered. I hope they have a wonderful time. I have almost 500 days on 3 lines. But I'll stick with a well regulated industry then a bunch of international racketeers.

We did the Volendam earlier this year. 100 pax used myamar shalom. Two full days private tour. Guide driver car all for about $400. Be the first off the ship and you will beat everyone else. Clearing the ship takes time. They will be on the pier holding signs. Find your name from the deck.

Uber is wonderful if you believe in destroying local businesses, transferring 30% of your money out of your town before you leave the car and you believe one billionaire should control a local industry worldwide.

The Africa cruise was cancelled for 2015. Replaced by a very long Europe cruise. Will be in Carib 2016/2017 and according to Sydney cruise ports will be in Australia in 2017.

We are doing the exact same cruises in May. We have done many back to backs and we always have to do the lifeboat drill each time. In Jan/February we did a B2B2B and had to do it 3 times. Tat would be an interesting change. Also the 48 hour rule seems to depend on the previous cruise and how many people stay on.

I have just left Australia. My story is this. One card, cap one , I had a pin 20 years ago if you wanted to use an atm machine. Same pin. My chase was just swiped and approved. No pin, no sign. A few times in Coles supermarket it did ask for a signature. The clerk was surprised. They also sign at the duty free shop in the airport.

Sydney ports has a listing of ships that have booked space up to 2019. According to the list the golden princess leaves on May 19, 2017 for parts unknown. It returns on August 2 and returnees sept 6th. Then it stays in Australia for a long time. The diamond arrives on October 19,2017. From parts unknown. The reason for this posting is that we want to sail from Asia into Sydney in in 2016 one of the big ships is leaving Beijing and sailing to Sydney for 25 days. Does anyone know what the diamond will be doing prior to sept 2017. We have not been on princess in a while even though we are elite as well as four star on HAL. Thanks if anyone has some advance knowledge.

I got $1.60 years ago. That was the highest. In the 60s a cad$ cost $1.05. Does go back and forth. But a 5% drop in a week is a lot. I could get political but this is not the place.
