  1. If you go to the Carnival website, register as a "VIFP club member" (have to give name, birthday and provide a username and password). Once you are logged in, go to "my cruises" under VIFP club and it will list all of the cruises that you have taken with carnival.

I took a cruise back in 2001 and then had not cruised again until 2012. I never would have remembered the name of the ship that I was on back in 2001!

It lists the ship that you were on, the number of days that the cruise was, etc.. This is how they determine what level you are - red, gold, diamond, platinum

  2. Been checking daily since I booked my cruise and after being sold out finally opened back up! Yay so happy!! Found it totally worth the $50 last cruise!! BTW, for anyone going on the Dream 3/15/14 - go get it if you want it! Who knows how long it will last! (did not say how many were avail)

  3. Thanks for the replies!

Mitsugirly, I read your awesome review from top to bottom since we are going on the same ship/itinerary.

In fact, we are also going to Little French Key in Roatan. We were supposed to go there last year when we were on the Liberty but the captain decided that it was too windy to make our stop there so we missed it!! :( Really hope that it doesn't happen again this time on the Dream! Nice thing is that when I contacted LFK this time and told them how we missed it last year, they gave us a discount for this time! Nothing huge but still a very nice gesture!

It sounds like Playa Mia will be a better fit for my girls but wondering what people seem to love about Paradise Beach..

  4. Looking for advice on which will be a better fit for my family. My husband, myself and our twin 10 year old daughters. They love slides, so I am leaning more towards Playa Mia but so many people seem to love Paradise Beach. Is Paradise Beach nicer? Does it have as many fun things for the kids to do as Playa Mia? We did Mr. Sanchos last year and we liked it there but we would like to try something new this time. Appreciate any input!

  5. I love technology. By my own fault I 'm not there physically but I can speak to them and thanks to the internet there are options to feel like you are there even when you are not (satellite cameras and the like). Also, thanks to the internet I was also able to share this with a lot of people. Some will learn, some will repeat, so will scold, some will be happy, some will empathize, and some may even take delight but in call cases I am simply glad to be here! Free to live and learn!!

Ill make another mistake and another and another if I continue to live. I'd like to guarantee it wont be this one LOL but who knows I am human lol!!!! Thanks all for continuing to listen. You could be doing a lot of things. I appreciate it.

Your attitude is amazing. I bet you are an awesome guy.

  6. Emiles has all the buffets located on the ship. This includes a Mongolian Wok, Deli, Taste of the Nations, and Fish and Chips. I do not have any pictures of these either.

If you walk all the way aft through Emiles, you will reach the aft pool which is adults only. This pool has a retractable dome that they're able to close in case of bad weather.

The line for Late Night Snacks and the Pizzeria is also located in this area.

Wonderful review so far! I love how you are explaining the layout of the ship with your pics!! Does the Liberty still have the mongolian wok? I thought I heard that they got rid of that

  7. If your ship is out of Florida, Roatan is two hours behind. At 0700 ship's time your host is at 0500 and you need to head back by 1200 local.

The time listed on the itinerary lists the local time that you are in that port. So, if your itinerary says that you are in

Roatan from 7 am - 3 pm, then it is 7-3 local time (in Roatan) not 5am to 1 pm
