Hi. Looking for info, please. In the T&Cs for Have it All with HAL, it says that UK/European guests receive prepaid stateroom gratuities. However a list of excluded gratuities includes the dining room. So, does Have It All cover ther the $17 daily gratuity charge or not? As we're not alcohol drinkers, the decision to take Have It All is pretty marginal, and if daily gratuities were still expected, then it wouldn't be worth it for us. Many thanks. Barbara

Hi We're on Queen Elizabeth next week. On disembarkation day, our flight home isn't until 6pm from Barcelona Airport. Any suggestions for what we can do before then? There are no left luggage facilities at port or airport currently, and Cunard doesn't seem to have an excursion which ends with an airport drop off. I don't fancy either traipsing around Barcelona with suitcases, or sitting at the airport all day! Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks, both. We've decided not to risk arriving quite so far in advance of our designated check in times, and have changed our taxi to 2pm.

Hi We are booked on QE sailing from Barcelona on 18th September. We have 3 cabins, and the occupants for each cabin have been given a different check in time, ranging from 2.45 to 4.45. Our TA has booked us a taxi from our hotel at noon. If we arrive (very) early, will we be able to board? Or should we get our taxi time changed?
