  1. They brought our friends gummy bears, M&Ms and chips (regular) everyday.

They brough me breakfast on disembark day (I tipped the week at that point) and Pizza another night for my kids.

It's 24hours as there is also a night time butler.

He also mentioned that sometimes, people will pre-order a late night snack so when they have finished their partying the food will be in the room when they stumble in...

So if you do this you don't have to pay the fee for room service?

  2. I tried to search for this, but couldn't find anything specific. What exactly does the butler in the Haven do? We are on the Getaway on a Haven Spa Suite in a few weeks, not sure what the butler typically does. I really have no idea because we've never had a butler before at all. If we want food delivered to the room, does that mean we don't have to pay for room service because the butler will just bring it? Or if we want to enjoy a cocktail while we are getting ready will he bring it? I think I saw somewhere that he will unpack your suitcase? I guess this is a first world problem lol

  3. So if NCL.com says we are arriving in Cozumel at 11am.... That is 11 am local time? Someone help! I called NCL and they said it was 11 am Cozumel time but in my roll call someone said it was 11 am eastern time. Helllp!

  4. We are arriving at grand Cayman at 8:00 am (according to NCLs website... Does that mean local time or ship time) and want to go to stingray city as early as possible to beat the crowd. I emailed captain Marvin and he has a group leaving at 10 am but I'd like to go earlier if possible. Should I just book with the cruise line? The NCL excursion website has a stingray city and snorkel excursion but it has 2 reviews, one good and one bad. Should I just stick with captain Marvin? Our ship leaves at 4 and I'm afraid of getting left behind.

  5. Hi,

I asked courtney taylor tours about a cruise that day and we were told that it would be $50 a person for transportation plus $15 a person to get into blue hole. If we could find more people it would be cheaper. Was this other peoples expericne as well?

  6. Hi,

We are cruising on the getaway for our honeymoon in April! We were thinking of getting the 5 night specialty dining package. I was looking at the FAQ and it doesn't really address a la carte. More specifically, what about the raw bar? Can we each get a dozen raw oysters and that's cool? I know there's a $7 up charge. Thanks!
