We are in a lower Cat Suite (H) on Splendor.

From what I am reading there is only one wifi connection per suite.

Assuming this is correct, can we purchase another connection?  and what is the approximate cost to do so?

How do you get to the Train station from the Oceankaj Port?  Quay C332.

Can you walk (assume not)? or is there some kind of Shuttle Bus? (is it free?)

Thank you.  I agree that with luggage it will be difficult to pull off.  Appreciate the info and map.  We will probably take the train to our hotel and then maybe do the tour the following day.  Thanks again.

Any opinions on the Hop On/Off Bus in Copenhagen?

I read somewhere that it stops at the Port?

Could we possibly use it to get to our Hotel from the Port?

I can't seem to find an actual 'map' of the route.

(The stops are listed on the website for the different routes, but I'm not familiar with names)

We arrive in Port and are staying two nights.  Wondering if we can use it to get to our hotel on day one, then again for sightseeing on 2nd day.

Flying into KEF for same day cruise.

What is the best way to get to the port for 4 people?  Taxi?

Do we need to pre book?

I have seen some posts online regarding a Butler Request form to have mini fridge prestocked.

I'm not seeing it online.

Does this still exist?  Or is it for a certain suite category?

Has anyone heard if there will be any refund/credit offered for missing this port? (ie refund port fees)

I believe I read there will be a bottle of bubbly in our suite upon check in.

Is this something we need to request on Splendor?

Also curious what are the Dining Times?

When it comes to booking specialty restaurants, is there a way to sync up with our friends?

Or do we both have to book separately?

Taxi? Public Transportation?

Suggestions appreciated.

*Edit to add... I have read there is a Hop On/Off Bus and it stops at the Port Terminal.   

Wondering if this is an option to take if our hotel is on the Hop On Bus route (or close to it).

Does anyone know - Where does Regent Splendor Dock in Copenhagen (Sept 12/23)?

WE are new to Regent and will be on the Splendor - Aug 31 out of Iceland.

We have just booked, and downloaded the list of available Excursions.

Now that I am on the site, I see that many are sold out.  Some do have Wait Lists.

Just wondering if there is a possibility of getting onto some of our preferred choices once we are onboard?

Or is it 'what you see is what you get' and we are out of luck?

We had just booked this cruise the day before and Stavanger was one of the stops we were looking forward to, so a little disappointed.

I do agree that it might be a welcome sea day as there is only one other day at sea on this itinerary.

We will be arriving in Amsterdam at 10:00 on a Saturday and taking the Train directly to the Port to board HAL Rotterdam.

Is there any where around the Port/Train station where we can purchase wine to Carry Aboard?  Even at the Airport possibly?

We will try to buy some at Duty Free - but just in case, wondered if there might be an easy to access location.

In Le Havre Can you walk from Port to Town and just see the sights?

Okay, Thank you.  I was hoping we could arrive to our room and it would be 'ready to drink'.  Perhaps I can try calling HAL and see if they can help,
