Just booked Mariner this afternoon for April 6. I see she's in dry dock until end of March, so we're the 2nd cruise after dry dock. Any idea what she's having done since she was already amplified? Wasn't able to find much online

Suite boarding out of Los Angeles
colesc15 replied to colesc15's topic in Royal Caribbean International
That's the city I couldn't think of the name lol -
For anyone who's sailed out of los angeles (well, long Beach or whatever), is there a seperate line and boarding for suite guests similar to Florida departures?

What happened to RCCL’s exquisite customer service?☹️
colesc15 replied to itsnowjoke's topic in Royal Caribbean International
So you booked the wrong date but it's Royals fault for following their policy for your mistake? Got it. -
This is listed as an option for Royal Caribbean but gives no hint of what Resort it's actually at.. Anyone have any ideas? Trying to decide if it's worth it

Few hours in cabo, Puerta Vallarta and mazatlan
colesc15 replied to colesc15's topic in Mexican Riviera
Whats the easiest way to get to medano Beach or cabo wabo from the cruise port? I appreciate your input 😊 -
Hi all. Heading on this cruise in a few weeks, and looking for some input. We have excursions booked for each, but we'll still have a few hours afterwards for each. I'm cabo, excursion ends around 5 and we're there until 8. Not a lot time, but anything you would do in that time frame to check out? Mazatlan our excursion ends at 12:30 and we're there until 6. Last, in Puerta Vallarta, excursion ends at 12 and we're there until 6. What's something exciting to do or check out during that afternoon? Thanks!

Love me some afts! We're in a junior suite in navigator next month on the 10th floor aft that I'm excited for even with the metal structure. At least being on deck 10 helps eliminate seeing it. As soon as I saw this one available on jewel I knew I wanted it.

So what you're saying is when it's available, it should be grabbed asap lol

From my understanding, it's a crew stairwell on the hull of the ship.
-
From what I've found online, while a lot of it is old, this appears to be one of the more coveted cabins on this class of ship, am I correct? The balcony looks massive and while you're by the crew stairwell, shouldn't really impact anything.
-
And from what I remember, you can combine mine and my wife's two interiors for a balcony, right? If it is just the prime benefit offer?
-
Is there any restrictions on the annual Prime tier free interior room? I vaguely remember it excludes holiday sailings, but what about new ships? I've seen conflicting info on using the free cabin on the newest ships within the first year of it being out? Curious if I'd be able to use it on an icon sailing.

Anyone?
-
Yes it'll be mid April when it shows. Which is why I'm hesitant to book unless they'd be able to adjust the booking and apply the free offer once it's available
-
We'll both be getting our annual prime tier room in a month, so I'm thinking I'm better off to just get the general booking number and call once I have that offer? I'm not sure if I booked now, I'd be allowed to apply our annual prime to the booking if already made

Is there any advantage to going down to future cruise desk today on board Odyssey to book a next cruise or am I essentially getting the same by doing the future booking through the app? We have a cruise picked for 2024, so even if we go down to future bookings, they can never do anything with the casino rates anyway and I have to wait and call casino royale anyway. The cruise certificates earned for playing in the casino this week don't extend that far out.

Found this interesting tonight at Izumi so figured I'd share. Previously with the ultimate dining, you'd get 1 small plate and 2 large plates. Those two large plates consisted of 8 pieces of sushi each. It was too much food. Tonight, with ultimate dining, you still get 1small plate and 2 large however each large plate is only 4 pieces now. I asked when it changed and he said about a month ago, but it only applies to the ultimate dining package. If you order and pay a la cart, you still get the 8 pieces for each large plate. This is on Odyssey. 4 is still plenty but another cost cut for their already increased dining package prices.

With the booking, it was including $75 free play. Our confirmation shows the like that has FP listed. When I go into my account, the only free play that was there was the usual couple bucks everyone gets. Do I need to go to the host or something to get the $75 added to my account? I assumed it'd be automatic.

What's the difference between these cabanas?
colesc15 replied to colesc15's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Oops he's right, the drawing picture is of barefoot.. But, similar concept at Nellie's, would expect the over the water to be more than waterfront, not the other way around that is currently is. So weird. Unless Royals IT mixed them up which wouldn't surprise me. Not sure why the waterfront ones would sell out over the over the waters when waterfront was double the price. -

That's my thoughts. Makes zero sense why overwater are half the price of "waterfront" which my guess is are ones on the shore. -

From what I can find online, I would assume w1-w6 are over the water, and h1-5 are hilltop, and then I guess b1-2 are maybe the waterfront? But why would those be double the waterfront when normally it's the other way around..
