I find the mattresses too firm so I ask the steward to place an egg crate foam topper under the sheets. Usually one foam topper is enough but on my last cruise the topper seemed very thin, about 1 inch, so asked the steward for another and the bed was then okay for me.

Not on a NCL cruise but that should not matter which cruiseline. I used the green box test kits provided free in BC and had no problem. I believe any government provided kit is acceptable.

Yes many times. I also have tried many browsers and phone, laptop. Keep trying as it fixes itself for a few hours or the day and then the SELECT button greys again and is useless. Have had this problem for several years. Told Flights by Celebrity many times but still not fixed.
