Didn't really find anything in my search to answer this question.  If I  purchase Arcade Credits and they aren't all used can I transfer them to OBC to use for other items like Ice Cream etc?   I found a few opinions on the subject but no one mentioned that they had actually done this.  Thanks!

Thanks for the responses, I feel a little better knowing this was resolved on the Oasis. I was able to at least have my OBC returned to cover the Black Friday purchases thanks to a Supervisor. Still no movement on repricing or getting my cabin returned. Just the promises of getting it changed back. Still won't give me that is writing though. I've read others having there price reinstated and getting cabins fixed so not sure why mine can't be. I'll just be patient for another short while.

I could live with that but the few others I seen on various media have at least had theirs repriced. This is also affecting my onboard purchases as I used my OBC (which they also deleted) and now they want money to make up the difference or I lose them. 

If this was just GTY change it wouldn't be so bad. I'll give it a couple of days and call again at least to have them hold my onboard items until it gets hopefully gets fixed. 

I'm at wits end this morning. I have been on the phone for hours. Keep phoning back hoping to get someone who can actually help and not just say "Don't Worry". This morning out of the blue I received an update to my Allure TA booking for Nov20. I booked a guaranteed Central Park Cabin almost a year ago with a great discount and OBC. The last change I made was to but internet and soda package on Black Friday. Confirmation came back fine. Today for some reason the Reservation was completely changed. They moved me to GTY, removed all discounts and took away the OBC. Price was adjusted up by almost 2000.00. 

After all my phone calls they tell me that it's fine and all will be reversed. They are changing categories and will fix it back up. When I ask for that in writing I'm told that a note is on my file. When I ask for a copy of the note I'm told a Resolution agent will have to approve that. After waiting for that approval I'm told the Resolution won't approve a copy of the supposed change back. 

I know that the RCCL has the right to make changes but to complete reprice, change cabin and remove all benefits seems a little extreme. 

I'll just keep calling  and hope for the best.

We used Joe Bananas (Actually we used their Italytoursharing dot com site) in May 2019 for 2 of our port tours. On tour sharing they had a number of choices and you could book and chose the maximum number of people you are wanting in your group. We chose 8 and then posted to our Cruise Critic and facebook group asking for other interested people. It was so popular that others in the group asked how to do it and we ended up with 3 or 4 vans full. The Rome tour included a Guide for the Vatican with Skip the line tickets. Our Driver Maxillian was fantastic and kept us amused for the day. He was able to answer most our questions and had many tidbits of information to share along the way. He really tried to get us to most of the spots we really wanted to see as a group with the limited shore time. In Naples it was the same. Our driver was born in a small village on the Amafili coast and he was very knowledgeable and adapt at getting us into the tiny villages along the way. He gave us great tips on where to walk and what to see. We also hired a guide for Pompeii and she was also amazing. You could tell that she lived and breathed Pompeii. She loved what she did and it showed throughout the tour. I have no hesitation recommending Italy Tour Sharing and live use them again next year on our return trip.

We did not have an M&M. We had a very large Book of Face group and made plans through that to meet just after muster for drinks and social time.

Just asked my son and he said it depended on the game. The regular games were 1.00 and specialty like Air Hockey or the driving games were 2.00.

We stayed one day in Barcelona and used a cab from the airport to the hotel just off Las Ramblas. 39 Euro. Cab to port on sail day was only 15 Euros

They use 2 embark terminals so recheck you sail pass a day or 2 before so you don't go to the wrong one.

Ports are great. Palma was nice to walk around in but I would have preferred 2 days in Rome instead. We had friends who went to the caves and said they were nice. 

Rome - Long drive - Soooo much to see and I really recommend a tour (We did private, Italy Tour Sharing) Unless you've been and know what your doing with the trains. 

Naples - Amafli Coast and Pompeii were amazing. Again private tour the Italy tour Sharing) The RCCL buses couldn't get into the little villages so I think they missed out on many things. We loved the coast. 

La Spezia - We did Cinque Terre - Again just amazing, the villages are so unique. We took the train as our tour company said they would take us but they can't drive in as there are no cars allowed so we would end up on the train or a boat anyway. 

Formal nights were Tues/Friday. Everything from Tux to Jeans. In the dining room most were in Dress Pants/Shirt/some with Tie. Women mostly in cocktail dresses some long formal ones. Regular nights Jeans and nice shirt. Saw very few shorts in the Dining room. 

Booked a private transfer (Sun Transfers)  to the airport. 53.00 for 3 of us. The RCCL transfer was 30.00 Euros per person.

We just got off Oasis on Sunday and everything is working onboard. Aqua Theater show was a go for our sea day. We were able to prepurchase Arcade credits through the cruise planner.

We just had this schedule on our Oasis Cruise and it worked fine. We didn't spend an hour at any one activity so just went around and used them as we wanted.  It only takes about 5 mins to climb each section the rock wall and after doing each section we headed out had a snack went to the next area once it opened. Same for the zipline did it a couple of times and moved on. There was a small line at the FlowRider so only went up twice before going into the hot tub. It all worked out quite well. My Key Adventure - Oasis of the Seas May 5/19 - Western Mediterranean 

Our family has nothing but great things to say about "The Key". Right from the get-go it was totally worth it for us. 

When embarking in Barcelona we walked up to the first person we saw and indicated we had the Key. He directed us to a line at the end which was set up specifically for the key cruisers. As openings were available at the check-in agents we were directed to go. We were through security and check-in and on the ship in about 15 mins. We arrived at about 11:00 so just kept going and didn't need to wait to get on. They use 2 check-in terminals here for it moves very quickly. At the check-in we were given an envelope which had a letter and vroom pass for each of us and told us we could go directly to our staterooms. No waiting. This was because is it was the first cruise post crane drop of no passengers were leaving. 

Our stateroom had more information which told us that we could head to Chops or Giovanni's Table between 11:30 and 1:30. It also included the Private Hours. More on that later. 

We headed to Chops and had a fabulous lunch no wait at all. Same menu as posted by other guests...fairly basic but great for lunch. We were done within the hour and headed out to explore the ship. 

We made various reservations for shows as per the directions with The Key purchase. Again, what a nice perk. Many seats were reserved usually 2 rows at the larger venues. They do let them go about 10 mins before the start so if you're late it won't matter if you have the key or a reservation. The ticket scanner generally just let you through once they saw the key and didn't scan. Some of the busier shows they did not sure why. I did notice that they do check for the key on EVERYONE's pass so no taking in your new ship friends trying to get a good seat. They would check once again when you enter the roped off reserved suite/key rows. They do have some Star Class seats reserved separately as well. The key never affected the ability for suites to get great seats. They were always lots and usually quite a few released as the 10 min mark. We did go to an earlier show once without reservations and were still let in no problem. 

One great benefit we didn't realize we had was not only priority disembarking at ports but also front of the line for port shuttles. In Marseille, for example, you need to take a shuttle or taxi out of the port (no walking) As long as you pre-purchase your shuttle tickets on the ship you can just ask a crew member and they will take you to the front of the line to a bus. Believe me, there was a long line! One more major check for The Key. 

As this cruise was very port intensive and long port days the only days they could offer private hours was on the sea day.  We were given 10-11 for Flow rider. 11-12 for Rock Wall, 12-1 for Zipline 9:20-9:50 Skating. Skating was open more the day so it as fine. We used everything and it all went smoothly. There didn't seem to be a lot using it but enough to keep to steady and we still go 3-4 turns. 

Disembarking was also great. We received a letter with instructions and special tags. You could still have your luggage collected and walk off early or you could stay a little later. You could have dining room breakfast and be escorted off once finished or you could just have the buffet and head down to the clock tower on deck 5 and there was crew waiting there to escort you off. They took you directly to a special area for your luggage and then out to the taxi area. Took about 10mins to exit the ship. 

We paid 19.99 and for us, this was an amazing benefit. I would highly recommend purchasing THE KEY. 🙂

We put in for a Jr Suite and Ultra Spacious Balcony about 5 weeks ago. Sail on May 5 Oasis of the Seas. The Suites have been sold out even though many cruisers cancelled because of the fated TA trip. Didn't expect anything from it but received confirmation yesterday that our Royal Up to Jr Suite was accepted. (6 days before sailing)

I posted the update when we got it on the 12th. Just look back 2 pages. Didn't say much and another update will be coming on the 23rd. Our luggage tags are available.

Yes, Thanks for the updates. We'll be using The Key on the Oasis in May and it's good to hear that it works well. As we will be in Europe for that sailing one of the main features we purchased The Key for was Priority port of call debarkation. Did you use that feature at all?

My sailing on May 5/19 Oasis out of Barcelona is now showing a second restaurant...

It also changed for shows. At first, it was showing No reservations required and now it says they are..

• Reserved VIP seating at shows in the Main Theater, AquaTheater and Studio B. You must reserve your tickets in advance in the Entertainment section of Cruise Planner up to 72 hours before your sailing or onboard the ship. 

Thanks for sharing. My kids will only drink non-carbonated (so lemonade) so this might get interesting. Maybe I can water-down/flatten-out Orange Crush!

Another poster mentioned this but there are 3 free juice options along with milk available at the buffet at all times. The soda must be paid for individually (2.50) or purchase the soda card to get it.

Just off the Breakaway last week and I had posted the question a few times about getting Root Beer on the ship. No one seemed to know so I am just updating what is available.

They indicate the regular stuff like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mt. Dew, Ginger Ale, Tonic water, Club Soda. We found out that they also offer Root Beer and Orange Crush. They are in cans but are available if you ask.

Someone asked in a earlier post if they have Root Beer. It is not listed as an available product but I see they have Root Beer floats in O'Sheehans. Anyone ever try to get a glass of Root Beer there?

I understand that you can rent snorkeling equipment while on GSC but it seems quite expensive :eek: and we have our own we will be taking. Anyone know if we can rent just the fins and hopefully at a lower price or would we still be paying full price. It would save a lot of packing space if we can.

Comfort suites can be much cheaper if you are booking at least 8-9 months before your cruise. We cruise in Nov but booked in Feb and got a rate of 149.00. So even with the taxes our party of 4 is going with full day passes for 203.00 total. Just a note that my original booking was 209.00 and I started randomly checking the prices every few days. I ended up finding the cheaper one about mid March so booked it and cancelled the original one. It does pay to book ahead and to keep checking until you see prices start to rise.

I pre-purchased extra onboard credits for my cruise next week. When I check my vacation summary I only see the OBC I received with my booking and not the extra I purchased. Is this common? Will they have a record of it on the ship?

I purchased OBC as well for my cruise and it shows up under the payment section. It's actually under gifts and more in the payment section but it's there. :)

We stayed at Atlantis a couple of years ago and there isn't a lot for kids/teens to do after the water park closes. One idea is to wander around the Atlantis Marina area. There is lots of shops, souvenirs, ice cream and restaurants. Even just seeing the amazing yachts was interesting. The night we went there was also a Junkanoo sp?? Parade which was a ton of fun and my teens loved all the music. It's also free except for your own purchases.
