  1. We are also in a B6 later this month.

Here is a great video of 9114 on Breakaway, a standard Large Balcony cabin. As you can see, two loungers can easily fit there along with a table. (In fact, I've heard of people having two loungers + two chairs on the balcony.) When you arrive on embarkation day, I'm sure that your steward would be more than happy to switch around your chairs/loungers.

Also, if you tell me your cabin number, I can check to see the bed/sofa configuration. It's a matter of looking at where the indentation on the cabin is on the deck plan. :)

We're in 9112. Looks like bed by the balcony (my preference)

  2. Has anyone used this tour group to book a excursion, and if so any good or bad info?

    Thanks, Jon

I'm going to book a beach break with them, but they seem legit, and they are us based company

  3. May want to verify this.......according to ScubaGirl (the local lady) on the Bahamas boards the Sheration was bought out a couple of months ago and things were up in the air as far as day passes continuing.

Just wanted to give everyone a "heads up" to check the Bahama boards before making plans.

Oh thanks for the heads up. We were last there about a year ago before the Monarch left the fleet. When we visited in September on the Allure, we just went to Sr. Frogs.

  4. Lots of the resorts have private beaches you can access for a small fee. The Sheraton is a 5 minute bus ride and is far enough away that many people don't go there. I think it is $25 for a day pass. We have also gone to the Hilton right by port and also RIU on Paradise Island. RIU was more expensive but it was all inclusive, lunch and drinks included.
