Hi we have now been able to secure a confirmed cabin and paid what was needed, just cant do anything with the Princess Medallion Ap as its says booking number not valid, so back on the phone, its also now not showing any cabins available, but an hour ago there was 100 plus in all categories, so maybe they got snapped up quickly.

You can board without the medallion - just print out your vaccination certificates, take your ID (drivers licence or passport) and have a copy of negative RAT (digital or printed). I know from past history they can do your medallion/s in seconds - and you will be on their passenger manifest. You’ll just have to go in the blue line boarding and can probably arrive from 11:00am. Don’t forget to do Wilson’s Parking too if you are driving and need to park car. Have a great 3 days 😎🥳

Re meet up on 27th June.

just finished researching. I didn’t ask but I’m sure sanctuary would be a no go. It’s full of loungers width of ship so unless everyone hires a place there etc.

next way lotus pool area. Roof is closed today but it’s so high up it could almost be outside. I will attach pics at end.

next was lido 9.30 and almost empty so still seems best option.

Mandy I added crooners at same time just in case weather too cold for qlders 🥰

How about the Wheelhouse Bar - it’s a great place to meet and during the day can be very quiet?

We boarded 11am and we’re in our cabin by 11.20am and our luggage was there when we got back from MDR lunch.

however we were the first cruise so no passengers before us so everyone’s cabin would have been ready.

everyone has to vacate their cabin in disembarkation by 8.30am so I would think there’s a good chance everyone’s will be ready promptly.

Remember though, on your first stint, no one had probably been in your cabin since 2020 😁

I know a lot of appliances are multi-voltage but things like hairdryers and curling wands don't work so great on 120v

I’m not sure that, even if an Australian outlet is fitted that the voltage is changed - the sensible thing would be if it is wired into where the Euro were, as they are 220v. But not sure Coral ever had Euro outlets?
Only way to be sure I guess is ask ships engineers or electricians - or take a multimeter - 😉

Hi, so in view of the ship being cash free, does anyone know whether cash is still being accepted over the tables in the casino or is this being booked to the stateroom.  Just trying to figure out how much A$ to take, thanks

No cash in casino. You will need a casino account, once you are on board.

Only place you might need cash is at ports, then you can use EFT or CC.

    Very interesting collection lol

This collection will be an absolute necessity on long cruises, like the WC. But you never know when or if you might need most of these items, and it allows you to remain self reliant in what is a very small community on a ship. Have most things that ozKiwi mentioned, but it’s always good to compare others lists, see what you’re missing 🙄🤔

Remember I took our rats first thing Wednesday morning even though it turned out earlier than the 24 hrs but was all so unsure like 24 hrs before boarding etc (11am) and so

on. Main this we were negative and we’re not asked to show anything!

for what it’s worth we were not given a rat or asked about it fir B2B . Maybe I better start a new topic that you can all add to as you get on. Suite benefits! B2B protocol? What do you reckon???

Wonderful idea - totally up to you; you lead and guarantee, we’ll follow 👏

YES. I have packed one carry-on bag so far. It's full of all that misc stuff that I don't need access to this week like: spare phone chargers, the US adaptors, medical kit, toiletries bag (have double of everything) etc etc.I am still worried about the RAT and I keep thinking it is all going to get taken away from me on Saturday. I will relax more Saturday afternoon.

After Cbtours review, I’m not worried about RAT at all now 😮💨

Just a few possible adds if you are interested (you probably have them 😁) but here goes; magnets for keeping notices, dinner bookings etc up on the wall, keeps the cabin much tidier. I also have magnets with hooks for hats, scarves, lanyards - but beware the Medallion near magnets, just take care🙄

We also take a movement sensor night light (battery) to pop in the bathroom at night, so don’t disturb other sleeper with bright lights (good enough to do what is needed). Just on a personal note - I take scent stems as no matter what ship we’ve been in - cabins always have an ‘odour’. This is very personal of course.
Have fun anyway - oh and don’t forget a cardigan / jacket or something, we have been having cool nights up this way and sometimes the ship can have “cold” spots.

Thank you very much Porky55, sounds like a good hotel for the International Cruise Terminal & easy walking from the domestic terminal. Let the planning continue! 😀👍 Vicki.

Please, if there are any problems, don’t hold it against me - we had just flown 28 hours from Amsterdam and would have slept in a bus shelter 🤣😂 but everything seemed new and lovely 👍

The medallion is working fine on board. It appears the hiccups were more the app but when you get here it’s all systems go 🥳🥳🥳

So ……… are you going to start a new “Live review” …… or just continue with this one for the next 14 days?? We need to know where you are heading next, here or “Live from B2B#2” 😆😂🤣

    😮💨

We will be staying at the Pullmsn in 13 days time so we are also wondering as well. what the food and accommodation isl like.  Thanks.

    Jennie

We stayed at the Airport Pullman a few weeks ago, on returning from a European International flight. Found the room (King Standard) the bed, shower and room service very acceptable - would recommend it to any considering staying here. Very short walk back to / or from Domestic terminal. The Concierge will organise taxi for you to Cruise Terminal.

As stated earlier, make sure the taxi / Uber driver knows you are going to the new International Cruise Terminal at Luggage Point, Pinkenba (seems some went to the old one!!)

    Enjoy your cruises everyone 🚢🏝
