Yes it’s true much better prices and perks if you do your homework and look around.

We have seen that a while ago with all Carnivals cutbacks. Yes, I know other lines have cutbacks also.

But look at the price you’re paying and what you’re getting.

But some just see Carnival as the one and only, and to that each their own if it makes them happy.

Thank you for your review I enjoyed seeing so much of your food pics and the best I’ve seen on here. And thank you for being as honest about the food as to the negative side. Some reviews will not say anything bad about Carnival and to the point the food was BRILLIANT and not express the bad side that some have seen.

I have seen your disappointment with lobsters on the ships many times, nothing like being from New England for seafood and also Canada were I was born.

I can’t wait for your next review. :)

Anyone else having trouble seeing the webcam :confused: Last two days only seeing blue screen no pic. I miss my webcam :confused::)

They have been going swiftly for the last few weeks. Now that the huge drilling ship that was behind is gone it is now easier to see from the webcam. They have taken down decks 8 and 7 entirely except for the portion where the tower crane is located and a portion where the funnel used to be. Now this morning I noticed that the entire forward section of decks 6 and 5 have been removed. This means that the main theater is now an open air arena. The floor of deck 6 was the roof of the theater. Deck 6 is also the lowest deck entirely above the hull

I seen that also this morning.

Watching the links to see the scrapping and pics it’s amazing and sad at the same time

I also would say don’t do a travel agent. As some travel agents on here they brag about being only for one cruise line, I wouldn’t trust them a lesson I learned a couple years ago. If you do a travel agent look around for a few different prices and extras they give you.

Maho is a MUST for seeing the planes. If you want to spend more time there take a taxi they run all the time from and to ship port.

You will get a gold card.Don’t forget about that free drink that gold gets. LIMITED TO LAST SEA DAY AFTER 5PM. And they hope you forget about it or to hungover to drink anymore. And they save money.

So sad what Carnival calls loyalty compare to other cruise lines. But then you could ask Heald for freebies that’s his only job now.

They didn’t lower the price of water for nothing or should I say lowered temporally. Sounds like a water ban brought on board.

I wonder if Carnival lowered the price of water to a very reasonable price to only stop people from bring on their own and maybe banning that. Then in time raise the price of water back up after a ban. I hope I didn’t give them any ideas

You could go to Heald’s Facebook page and get free strawberries, ship on a stick and champagne delivered at no charge. That’s his job to do.

Changes for Carnival could be a never ending list but

Bring back steel drums

Stop the cheap cutbacks

Enforce your rules

Stop threating your past guest like crap with poor loyalty compare to other lines

Bring back the trays (Heald says it looks better with plates) NOT!!

Get rid of that trash talking Heald (oh wait the beginning to the end has started)

Playlist Productions are just a cutback

So many cutbacks in entertainment

Room service free menu was cut in half to add pay items

Cutback on MDR food not as good until you pay more for

I know other lines also have pay options but we are talking Carnival
