I got a call from a new PCC after I logged in and started looking at cruises. Gave him a call back and asked some questions about a certain cruise I was interested in. The people in my party took a while to reply and then wanted to book right away so we did online. Looking at my cruise, I have some questions because we did the airfare included but wondering if my PCC will be annoyed to help me bc he won't get money since I didn't book through him? Or do PCC get paid because their "customers" booked a cruise online and it's "their assigned customer"? I know for Disney, if you book through their website and then get a Disney travel agent, they still get paid bc they just link themselves to your reservation, not sure if it's the same idea.
