I'D book a cruise on Carnival if I could get the free drink package. Is there a time of the year this usually is offered or is it just hit or miss?

Just back from the Regal, we had a forward facing balcony (M107) large, beautiful wraparound deck, 2 separate rooms, you could have a large cocktail party on the balcony. You won't believe how big this thing is, and its priced right. try it or the one on the port side, or maybe on the L deck (didn't check the price of that one). No noise whatsoever.

we just came back from the Regal and had M107, a wraparound with room on the balcony for over 20 people, we NEVER went to the pool.

Is the fettuccini Alfredo in the Parmesan cheese basket still always available?

The Price includes the service charge. Search Princess Cellars and you will see the same offers with a little more description. "Choose your favorite beer variety from the list below and receive 5 bottles for the price of 4. Price includes service charge."

 

You can also purchase the 5 for 4 on board. Another option is to go to the BOGO Happy Hour where you can purchase 1 beer at the regular price and get a second for $1.

I'm booked in a special (M107) cabin on the Royal Princess on 12/13/15 with the min. deposit. I see now they are giving away free drinks, if I cancel my deposit and rebook, i'm afraid i'll lose that cabin and there are no others like it available. Its a corner, front facing balcony. Any suggestions?

We are there right now. We got it for $99 at ValueTrips. It took a few days.

Which hotels in Ft. Lauderdale allow you to leave your car when you cruise? Do they shuttle you to the port?

JUST make sure to call the hotel, because the price does not always include the free parking, ie: B/W wanted $10 per day parking Embassy went from $159 to $179 with the parking.

Driving to FL for a cruise on the Allure in May. Need a reasonable hotel with free parking for 7 days, r/t transportation to the ship would be nice also.::cool:
