So if in isolation as a result of COVID, and you miss a port because you cannot get off the ship, should we be getting a refund of taxes and port charges?

We are waiting as well. Has only been three weeks since we disembarked from the ship. Got COVID on board, isolated for 5 days, and we are still waiting for our FCC. Our PCC says it could take weeks to get posted to our account.
