  2. I didn't even end up going on that cruise unfortunately but I have aft cabin 7690 booked on the Explorer next March so if anyone has pictures of that room, I'd love to see it!

Sent from my iPhone using the Cruise Critic App

Ohhhhh, I was in that room in 2010 and the balcony was wonderful!!! I'll see if I have any pictures of it!

  3. Last night I got this deal on Priceline for San Juan:

    10/06/13

    1 night

    2 rooms

    4 star

Started bid at $80. That got rejected so I went to $90. That got rejected. So I went to $100 and that was accepted for San Juan Water and Beach Club Hotel.

I love San Juan Water and Beach Hotel! It is wonderful!!!!!

I've never done anything on Price Line. How does it work and is it reliable?

I'm leaving on the Jewel near the end of August.

    Thanks,

    Cheryl

  4. 7690 and 7390 are E1 cabins. My choice would be to waitlist for 7388 or 7688 (had 7688 on ExOS and loved it:D). Had to settle for 9690 on our upcoming AOS trip since the deck 7 corners weren't available and I don't like the deck 8 corners:p - it's a tough life:o

Karen, 7692 would then be the Junior Suite. My top preference would be 7688 as well, but I definitely like the AFT on 7 better than the other floors. Definitely not on Deck 6. One of my friends had 6690 and it was awful!

  5. Any idea how cabin 7692 compares on EOS? Ive never sailed with Royal Caribbean so I have nothing to compare it to. We have that cabin for Thanksgving this year and hoping for a super huge balcony. Love the hammock idea.

Is 7692 the Junior suite? I was in the 2nd aft cabin on Explr and I can't remember if it was 7690 or 92, it wasn't the suite. The both had huge balconies! Not as big as the aft corner, but really big!!!! Enjoy!

  6. Actually they do and they are great corner afts - but Aqua suites are a little out of our league (unless grandson doesn't really need a college fund :p;):D).

Way out of my league also!! Guess i'll have to stay on the Freedom Class and below to sail AFT!

  7. Hi Cheryl...small world indeed.:D

We live about 6 miles outside the city and have been here in the southwest for 16 years. Love it here.:)

Prior to that we lived for a few years in Seattle, our youngest son was born there. Loved it there too.:)

I messed up the cabin number on my previous post...we have just grabbed corner aft 9256 on Brilliance in September.

I love going home to Bristol! I have Aunts, Uncles and Cousins by the dozens there. My Mum was born in Bedminster, but I also have family in Fishponds, Clevedon, Weston Super Mare, etc. One cousin lives in Ashington (near Worthing), W. Sussex. Love it there also!

Enjoy your cruise, you will love your corner aft and become hooked on them!!!
