We just booked a cabana on Labadee for our upcoming Nov.15 th cruise on Explorer. We have been there many times but this is the first time renting a cabana. I'd love to hear feedback from those who have done the same.

We cruised to Bermuda on the Holland America SS Volendam July 1982. Trust me, this was well before cruising became so popular. The ship was about 29,000 tons and the decor was.... Well let's just say interesting. :)

We have since been on 17 cruises and looking forward to celebrating our 30th anniversary in Bermuda on the Celebrity Summit. :D

Thank you to all who have set me straight. :). My husband noticed a break in the sailings so I thought I'd ask.

The explorer is one of our favorite ships - the crew is wonderful and for the most part, it's in good shape and very clean.

I noticed the Explorer is not sailing mid December through mid January 2012. Does anyone know why? Is it scheduled for dry dock/refurbishing?
