    Entering Wild Adventure Yukon, also our lunch stop.

    En route to Caribou Crossing, now called Wild Adventure Yukon, we passed the Carcross Desert. Sand left from ages ago when the area was a sea bottom.Quite the sight!

    Tonight is dressy again so I will expect some more Lindt!

    We did a photo stop and shop with Jackie, a lady who lives here and makes a living selling local artists' wares. We got another trinket, had a chat with her and admired the view.

    Had an hour at the bridge, then resumed our drive toward Carcross.

    Today we were in Skagway, and did the all day Yukon and Suspension Bridge bus tour. We had a nice sunny day for it! We did the same tour last year and a similar one the year before. Rhonda was our guide and she provided plenty of stories along the way.

    Last night we had dinner in MDR. Chicken noodle soup- the broth was very good. Caesar salad was good. Entree was fresh halibut and it was excellent. For dessert I tried the caramel stroopwaffel cheesecake. Nice flavour, but I don't think the stroopwaffel added anything.

    We have another tour tomorrow so I will look in on a sea day! We don't use the casino so I don't really know about the machines.

    We had snacks of trwil mix, granola bars and water. You may want to bring a lunch if you need more, it is a 5 hour tour. But it was a great day! Everyone enjoyed this tour.
