I literally booked last night for the March 20th sailing on the Breeze. Did all check in procedures this morning and it did not give me an option to pick a check in time, saw someone post on fb about it and logged back in and low and behold there it is...got lucky with 10-10:30am. anyone know how many people they allow in each 30 min window?

If the Valor is going into dry dock on 03/16 why are they still booking cruises for that month. I was just looking at a 7day on the valor for march 19,2016. confused

I just got off the Breeze 6 day on Saturday May 9th. We did self assist and were off the ship at 7:30am to our car by 7:45am. we were meeting people nearby otherwise would have chilled on the ship until they had to drag me off.

I LOVE THE BREEZE! everything about it! just be careful the floor in the Lido buffet area can be very slippery!

just to make sure i am reading this right, your going to purchase one cheers program and share the drinks? (popping my popcorn to eat while watching this show). fyi people on here are a mixed bag...some cant stand rule breakers and will flame you, others will tell you its no big deal. me...as far as this goes cheers is a very good deal, I feel it is more than worth it to purchase one for each of you...sharing will eventually raise the cost for the rest of us...and if your caught like a couple on our last cruise was...you are banned from buying alcohol and loose your cheers package for the rest of the cruise with no refund.

expect me to be really really Jelous!!!!!!!!:p

it all depends on how much you drink. a kiss on the lips is $7.50 + 15%= $8.63 each drink. So if you drink more than 6 per day its worth it.

On our last Breeze cruise the answer was a solid no from the carnival staff. Its worth asking and it depends on the staff, but dont get your hopes up.

Heres another vote for twilight zone, miami vice, and pina colada!!

I agree, chilly in the casino and inside of Ocean Plaza.

I would like to see them too!

Cheers is more than worth it! On our 8 day Breeze cruise we averaged 15 on sea days and 9-13 on port days, with breakfast drinks and coctails when getting back on the ship, a few at dinner and some while enjoying the night life and casino... we would have spent close to $2000 with out cheers.

He will enjoy it, just keep in mind that this is still school time for most of the country so there may not be many children on board.

Carnival cruise insurance is always the way we have gone, its expensive. Maybe i just need the names or websites of other companys to research prices other than carnival.

The only downfalls we saw on the Breeze was
#1. Lido Market Place floor is VERY VERY slippery! Wet or dry does not matter...my husband almost fell quite a few times in tennis shoes.
#2. The chair hogs...however if you bring it to the attention of the deck attendant he will put a sticker on it and remove it.
#3. Non smokers trying to clog up the smoking side of deck 11 and then complaining about the smoke. Hello...you sat in the smoking section, what do you expect.
Other than that the Breeze is my favorite ship! I Love it and am hoping to cruise on her again in May!

We alway purchase cruise insurance, especially during hurricane season, We are looking to cruise in May on the Breeze, Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel...is it worth the money or just wing it without this time. I should also add that we always cruise with the kids and this time will be kid free.

Nothing in the main dining room is prompt...it should not take almost 2 hours for a family of 4 to have dinner...just saying. But I love the food.

- If we sail on 31st May 2015, would the schools in Florida already have finished for the summer (and hence a potentially large number of children onboard)? Schools generally get out the 1st week of June but keep in mind the last week of school is generally when parents dont mind pulling kids out..the dont miss anything.
- Are there any adult only areas/pools? If so, where are they? Serenity Deck...keep in mind it is directly above the water park and very very windy.
- On the Breeze, what are the dining options on Lido deck? Does the ship have a tandoori/Mexican/Burger station etc? Lido has Guys and Blue Iguana, by the midship pool, Tandor and Pizza by the Aft pool and deli and buffet midship between the pools.
- Are the L-Shaped extended balcony rooms (at the back of the ship) worth the extra money? They appear to be next to a set of stairs, does this create a lot of noise?
- Would you pick the extended-aft balcony room over one of these (if the money is relatively similar) Two of my previous cruises have been in rear cabins?
- How big is the gym? Does it ever get busy and are there hot-tubs within the gym/spa area that can be used?
Any other advice and guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

We were on the Breeze recently, and spent a good bit of time sitting at the Blue Iguana bar, chatting with the bartenders and watching them make drinks.
In my opinion, every drink that they made, Cheers or not, got a full pour of the shot glass (device) they were issued AND a bit more.
We certainly didn't have any complaints about OUR drinks.
gary
Agree...Just got off the Breeze Sept 21 and our drinks were great on Lido, in Casino and in the Comedy club! oh and we had cheers!

we are looking at the breeze again for march and september! cant wait!

you should be fine as long as mother nature and the baggage claim handlers are all in top form! the last time i checked a bag it took over an hour for it to finally come out on the carosel...(did i spell that right?)

They must have changed it, on our last cruise we had met and hung out with a newly wed couple, our invites said you and one guest, we took them with us! it was a blast! I agree sit near the isle in the very back, more chances of getting lots of drinks that way!
Just got an email...Staggered Check-In in Miami
