I know it’s not on the list but harmony is far better than oasis in my opinion. Either way I chose rccl the big ships are awesome the only problem is you’ll be hooked the other ships will seem small and crowded. Been on oasis and harmony and neither felt crowded at all. They felt more empty than anything. Also carnival had much more live music and bands less activities more of a party all the time which is good sometimes I guess I’m getting old. [emoji848]

Riverside hotel is on las Olas great place to walk and dine. I would take a cab or Uber to port cab will be pricy from there maybe close to 100 I think. Uber should be a lot less.

So if you want to do a luxury Line why are you looking at Carnival again?

I recently moved and now I live with 30mins of port Everglades I hear people on past cruises talk about last minute deals that are super cheap. What's the best way to get these deals. Do I call the cruise line or the port? I'm talking about like the day the cruise is leaving can you still get a room if one is available. Any information you guys know about this would be great!! Thanks

I usually book 10:00am at the earliest but more than likely if you take your luggage off you'll probably be ok

We always taxi about the same price and you don't have to bus with a bunch of people and you don't have to listen to the tip speech from the driver

RCL or ccl I think ccl is more fun but less activities onboard I would look at breeze, magic, vista, liberty. if you look at RCL then I would say oasis or freedom class ship. I'm 31 have been cruising for 12 years and have been on 20 some cruises mostly ccl but have been on 2 RCL and next 3 cruises are booked on RCL

Sounds like all weather related problems step one don't book during hurricane season. But really you never know what the weather will be always a chance for bad weather.

38 cabins? You know that it's a ship right. And it's not like he's going home when he's done. And it's not like he would come out for the mega deck party but it's only because he's cleaning your cabin. He's at work all the time. I'm sorry but if it where me I'd want to be as busy as possible as much as possible to make the time go by. And I was just thinking it's not like they are houses its one room that's not that big imagine maids in the states that have to drive house to house and actually clean not straighten up some things from yesterday. I hope you also told him to skip your room and give him a tip since youre so bothered by it. Oh lol you probably did you probably gave him a $20 smiled patted yourself on the back and told someone about it and that $20 is like a small fortune in there country. Anyway.......

So he couldnt put pants on? This is a very confusing post. Are you saying that now he hates all cruises. Oh and have you told him for years cruising is awesome because you can wear shorts to the Steakhouse.

Terrible buffet? Not saying it's great it's definitely not the best on either line but at least ccl has actual food like fish, chicken etc. Rccl takes soup from last night and they turn it into pasta sauce for the buffet. Lol have you been on rccl. I know neither line is perfect but I was told that rccl food was soooooo much better for so many years after actually experiencing it no one can tell me it's better it's not even a matter of opinion. Keep in mind not saying ccl is amazing either because it's not

Haven't finished reading yet but I've been on over 20 cruises with carnival and a couple with rccl always find it funny when people say the staff isn't smiling or friendly either I'm super lucky and get awesome crew every time or maybe you're doing something to get poor service?

The carnival Conquest is not a nice ship sailed it 3 times and it gets worse each time. I like carnival but that's definitely not the ship you want to be on I would recommend liberty or newer on carnival
