First let me say, I AM WRONG in this but trying to find some compassion-- Does anyone have a higher up contact at REGENT? I booked the March Voyager Amazon River cruise and took the offer of paying in FULL with a significant discount many months ago and being in penalty Immediately! Unfortunately, it appears that I wont be able to go because of a family situation that insurance WILL NOT cover---called my TA of 20 years and she received no sympathy from RSSC ---I would swap dates even let them keep the 25K for a year,take a future credit --ANYTHING-- ANY IDEAS?? FRANK
