  1. I am not certain, but I doubt there is a method for using FCC(s) to pay for an Upgrade Advantage. It's always been Credit Card payment only (as far as I know).
  2. I agree with the above links being the first places for information. Because the Pride of America is an American based ship, cruising only Hawaiian islands, the offers for these cruises are somewhat different than all other NCL ships and itineraries, and certainly, plenty of things are different from Princess. I'm adding a link for Terms and Conditions (currently)... https://www.ncl.com/termsandconditions/promotions LATREW = Latitude Reward, which won't apply to you, since the program has changed while you were cruising other lines ...you have no status currently. DSC = Daily Service Charge Haven = exclusive areas at the top of the ship for Haven Suites. Pay close attention to anything list separately for Hawaii! NCL has "Dress-up or Not Nights"! Some people really dress-up, but many do not.

"Page numbers" at the upper right hand, for selecting each new page. Otherwise, I am not certain of how you might be able to know. As for the food... it is quite likely you would receive things such as: finger sandwiches, small nibbles, chips, cheese plate, veggies &/or fruit.
  4. If you go to NCL's website there is a page full of Q&A's regarding the FCCs. https://www.ncl.com/suspended-sailings It is a shame that you did not understand earlier that when you kept your FCC, and then used it as a payment, you gave up the right to request a refund.
  5. Based on every little bit of information that I have been able to find, the Internet Package does NOT work on GSC. It certainly has not in the past. I don't imagine that it has been made available during the cruise shut-down, but if it has, I would guess that it would (most likely) only be in the Villas.
  6. There are some out there, but the availability can vary greatly, based on dates, itinerary, room type, etc!
  7. At Harvest Caye, you do not need to get off the ship until you are ready. There will be a Villa waiting for you, but you will need to stop and check-in to get your access, once you are within the grounds.
  8. EASYFARE was a "Promo" code they used for awhile earlier this year (April-May maybe). Perhaps if you look at your Amenities Invoice, HSDISXIN might be more clear for you. (It's not on any of our bookings. Perhaps if you booked a suite it might have something to do with that???)
  9. Congratulations on your weight loss success! There will definitely be photo opportunities!!! NCL has "Dress Up or Not" nights. Look for them listed in the FREESTYLE DAILY (onboard daily information). The photographers tend to set-up in the atrium near the glitzy areas.

  11. This is in the T&Cs: Can guests choose to carry promotional amenities or value adds from their cancelled reservation to their future booking? At time of cancellation, all promotional offers, amenities and value adds will be removed from the booking and will not carry-over to future reservations. Future reservations are subject to prevailing fares and offers in market at the time of booking.

  13. I have no experience with Nationwide. However, the company we use issued a certificate (with an expiration date) for a cruise in May that was cancelled by NCL. The trip shows as "pending," and we can change the coverage to apply toward future travel as we need it (up to the certificate cancellation date).
  14. You are correct about "some" of the old perks! However, October 1, 2019, I re-booked a Dec 2018 booking with a promotion that includes two separate $50 Shore Excursions Credits per port/per state room. Both show on our Invoice under "Add-ons" ...toward the bottom of the first page. The perks (looks exactly like this on the invoice) during this particular booking window were : Premium Beverage Package Internet Package (250 Minutes or 1000 MB) per stateroom Choice Shore Excursion Credit 5 Meal Specialty Dining Package Free $50 )n-Board Credit Certificate Non -Refundable Internet Package (60 Minutes) SHORE EXCURSION $50 PROMO All of these perks are listed on our "Amenities Invoice," as well! ... at that time, this was a somewhat revised version of "Distinctive Voyages" and was a short-lived Promo!
