We haven't cruised in awhile and are planning a Christmas cruise this year. Prefer to take excursions on our own and not done by the ship's tour operators. We are stopping in Ocho Rios, Grand Caymon, and Cozumel. Have all restrictions to go on our own been lifted now? Just getting started with looking and setting things up. Is there any guidance from HAL about this on their webpage. Sometimes it is hard for me to navigate to find what I'm looking for there. Any help is appreciated.
