I'm looking at booking an independent operator for a cave excursion in Belize. The Ruby Princess is scheduled to be in port from 8am to 6pm. What is the process for getting access to the water shuttle to go ashore relatively early? -

I'm looking for feedback on the Belize Caves Branch River and 5 Cave Kayaking Excursion which is listed on shoreexcursioner. There is no lunch provided so I'd also like to know if there is food available for purchase.

Mainly because if a battery starts to smoke or catches fire it can be dealt with in the cabin. It could get out of hand in the cargo area.
