We were on the Divina last year and it was the worst cruise experience we have ever had. Even factoring in the cheaper price point, in my opinion, the cruise was overpriced for what you get. Service was bad and sometimes downright rude (especially from customer service). Food was mediocre at best and, in my opinion, cruise line management could not care less. After the cruise, I sent them a two page letter detailing my disappointments and asking them to at least have the courtesy to respond, and I heard nothing. We have been on 8 RCCL cruises, 2 NCL, 1 Celebrity and 1 Carnival and always felt that we got a good value for the money we spent, but not on MSC. I agree with other posters that I would never use MSC again.
I can second this. I had a client who was on her second cruise and had a horrible experience with MSC. Yes the price is attractive however you do get what you pay for. The cabin was dirty and uncleaned from the previous guest (hair in beds and bath) food mediocre/ entertainment ok and most of all the staff literary ran when you tried to ask a question. Guest services took the tact that my client was lying and their complaints were unfounded. My client was chastised by the dining room staff. My client requested GF meals. She specifically told them they were not going to be there one night. When they returned the head waiter said "you did not show up last night and we cooked a special meal for you" all in front of other guests. From that point on the whole table felt punished! Just outrageous staff behavior. So bottom line, I will never sell MSC.

Just got it today for my Oasis cruise sailing on Sunday

Regular balcony cabin. Self debark... Diamond status anyone have experience? What time should we get in line?

I booked 9329 the last cabin before the Aqua Theatre on Oasis for end of March ... First time in this type of cabin. I had a Promenade on Freedom and did not like it because I couldn't tell what the weather was outside. Generally book Ocean Balconies but decided to try something different.

Alaska rates come out week of the 13th.

Please do report! We are on 8327, one below, one over in May. Curious about the ocean and aquatheater view from there.
I will post pictures upon my return in April

I picked 9329 last cabin on deck 9 closest to the Aqua Theatre. The higher you go the more noise from up above on the pool deck.basketball etc. We go on March 26th so I will report back.

I have sailed all classes of RCCL vessels. I have had oceanview/promenade/ balconies(most of the time) and I have booked a Boardwalk for the first time. I booked last cabin before the Aqua Theatre on deck 9. All indications are I will be able to see the ocean. Just a different view. I think there are plenty of tucked away areas that afford wonderful views of the ocean.

On our first cruise many years ago. We sailed Granduer and it went to both Labadee and Coco Cay

Hello to anyone who headed to Cuba on 2017 Pearl Mist Cuba cruises. We are booked for their March 28 departure, and would greatly value your impressions, both what you liked and suggestions for improvement.
Also, were you able to get on Wifi at any time after you left Ft. Lauderdale?
I have clients sailing with you. Were booked for a year ago and that got cancelled at last minute. Good to see it is a go.

We are in cabin 9329 last cabin before Aqua Theatre on Oasis. I am looking forward to trying something new.

Very easy to get a cab back and forth and very safe. Just walk to the end of the pier through the shop area and there are transportation people directing cabs. They will ask you where you want to go and the rates are posted.
Will be going at end of March Paradise beach is our favorite place when stopping there....

Here is a link with info on where it can be used.

In 9329 at the end of March... Looking forward to it. Didn't pick one on a higher deck due to noise level from pool deck above.

Doing it at the end of March

We are using Cortrans in March they come highly recommended.

Been to Labadee many times.. going to do the Amiga Island at end of March... want to do something different.

Cortrans dot com picks up from MCO and hotels in the Coco Beach area
We just booked them after reading the reviews. They pick up at MCO and the area airport hotels in Orlando. $20.00 pp each way.

We have been to Labadee a number of time including before they added all the activities and it is my favorite place. This time in late March we have decided to do the after excursion to Amiga Island. I am looking forward to it and it is just to mix it up a bit. We will have lunch and then go to the island.
Either with or without an activity it is fun. When are you going in March??

We booked for end of March and confirmation indicated we should pay the driver in Cash or CC

I see that the spa treatments are offered as packages. Is there just a 55 minute massage available? Can you book it on line or should I just go to the spa the first day and book it. I want a 55 minute couples massage and would like it on day 2 on the Divina sail. Thank you

No need to rent a lounge chair plenty of free loungers. Also plenty of shade as well.

I was told by C/A that the person who had not earned the status of Diamond would also have to provide a copy of an ID with the same address on it. Then and only then would they extend the Diamond status.

Any one know if you can rent a standup paddle board in Labadee? Do you reserve ahead of time?

We did self assist yesterday got in line at 630AM and there were about 200 people ahead of us. They said 1000 people were doing self assist. It took an hour to navigate to the curb. We got an 8AM shuttle to airport via Cortrans. The high way was closed at one point and had to detour. So hour and 10 minutes to airport. When we got there the line for Southwest was long but it moved (outside check in) and we were thru check in and security by about 9:45 with TSA pre check.
