I carry on 12 redbulls with me every time no problem. I hate rockstar and thats what Carnival has now.

I typically use the ship phone to call home. It's 1.99 a minute and works well. As far as in Cozumel my cell plan includes texting to/from Mexico. I have Verizon though. You should check with AT&T and see what is included on your plan. You may be able to add international calls/texts for a temporary period of time.

In my experience on my last 3 cruises we have been sat with people of a similar age and circumstance as us at the dining room tables. It was my belief that Carnival tried to do that. I doubt there will be children at your table. Again it doesnt hurt to ask.

Do you know who did your tour in Cozumel. That sounds like something we may want to do? We go in January.

There is an elegant night. No big screen but it does have the water park. And there are tons of fun deck activities and parties. I cruised the 3 night Sensation in January.

Looks great so far. I am going on this same cruise mid january. We are really excited. Its for a girls weekend getaway.

Are there any themed Lido deck party nights? I think I heard about a white party before or something else. Just wondering what to plan for....

I ended up booking in FLL near the airport and reserved transportation from SAS to the port. The best rate I could find was 157 a night which I guess isn't bad for high season.

I believe you only get drinks on us if your a big gamer in the casino. I also booked the casino promotion and I only get like 40 bucks cruise cash but the rate was 100 $ lower per person than with out the casino offer.

I am cruising on the Victory in January. My sister in law and her friend have the balcony room next to us. Is it possible to open up the partition between the two baclonys to have one big balcony? I have cruised several times but this is my first balcony trip. We are on Empress Deck if it makes any difference.

I cruised the sensation for the 3 night last January with my 68 year old mother in law. I am 41. We both had a blast. Sure it has the party scene, but we met lots of nice fun people and had a really great time. The Sensation is nice. It doesn't have any of the restaurants or anything that the bigger newer ships have. We had an awesome room steward and it was just enough for me to get my cruise fix in. The menus are the same as on longer cruises and a smaller ship has the benefit of less lines.

To begin with I was looking for no more than 150 $ for the night but ouch. Everything is looking like atleast 200 bucks.

I have read you can cash it out in the casino.

Hi We fly in Jan 13 to FLL at like 9 PM. Our ship leaves the 14th. We would like a reasonably priced safe hotel that is close to cruise port. Does anyone have any suggestions? Close to CVS or other place to get last minute odds and ends would be preferable. As we wont even get to hotel till probably 11 PM. We just need a place to sleep.

Make sure you do NOT put any magnets on your cabin door that are special to you because they do tend to "walk away". ;)

Just putting a magnetic white board and some pens. So we can know where everyone is at.

We have 6 ladies going on this trip in 3 cabins on the Victory. Our cabins are all beside or across from each other. I would like to put a white board on the door so we can leave notes for each other. Magnetic would be best but if doors arent going to work I guess I need other suggestions how to stick it.

I am cruising on the Victory in January. I have long extremely thick hair. I have seen in pictures these blow dryers that hang on the wall in the bathrooms and am wondering how well they work! Can anyone help out with this? Particularly anyone with long thick hair that doesnt want to spend hours drying it?

I get casino offers and on my last cruise I only played the slots for an hour here or there. Granted my offers aren't great like some I hear about but they do give a huge discount on the price of the cruise.

Went January 2015. Amazing staff very friendly very helpful. Great food great fun. Had an amazing time.
