I really appreciate to all the persons, who support Gambee in his thread. Let's continue traveling with us, in this great adventure. Yayyyyyyy it was great, and we also met very nice CC members.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful feedback so far. I'm a little sad that my review is over!!! I will have a packing list section and an Allure of the Seas q &a with tips and tricks as well. I will also do my best to get the various compasses scanned in as well as the professional portraits that Rob and I had taken.

 

There will be plenty of more reviews!! Going on the whale tale hopefully in September so you will be seeing and hearing of mine and Ziggy's adventures again!!!

Good morning friends and welcome to the last day pre cruise before Silhouette. Definitely off shortly to have breakfast and more importantly, COFFEE!

 

I have the Carrie B tour booked at 1pm which will be exciting to see the millionaires homes, their yachts, and then the cruise ships when we got into Port Everglades! :D

 

We're having a pre cruise get together tonight at Bimini Boatyard... they have very good food and drinks there. I hope I've done a decent job keeping this LIVE review entertaining so far... I imagine everyone is anxious to see the ship and trust me, so am I! :)

Seizing the moment, I headed up to the Solarium to enjoy a dip in the pool and hot tub while it was also very sparsely populated.

The Solarium is one of my very favorite features of the S Class ships and this iteration did not disappoint - a lovely space.

I do believe there were extra rows of loungers due to the pool deck being wider.

 

 

I even got one of the coveted cabanas all to myself.

A note here about chair hogs: I did see some of this but not to the extent I have witnessed on other cruises. The bigger problem was people leaving mounds of used towels on loungers and walking off. I realize we are on vacation, but it's courteous to put the towels in the bins so other people know the chairs are unoccupied (I removed them myself more than once).

I overheard two people complaining that their items were removed from the chairs and I had to bite my tongue not to interject a choice comment there:)
