I sailed on ecstasy last year out of Port Canaveral. I did a short review on her. I am also sailing her again at the end of this month out of Miami. I will do another review and will try and add pictures this time! Obviously I enjoyed the ship and crew so much, that I"m going back on again :)

Hi, I know this question has probably been asked a million times before, I just want to clarify something. We are having our Daylight Savings Time kick in this weekend so we will spring ahead 1 hour. I'm under the understanding that Mexico doesn't go ahead until the 2nd weekend in April. We are going to be there April 2nd and our hours are 1:30-10. For ship time and that time, what times do we have? Is it worth to do an all-inclusive or a resort thats only open til 4. Is it 5 their time?

Sorry if this sounds confusing, I'm just trying to clear the air and figure out what we're going to do!!!

Hey Jamman! Loving your review....i love how you walk us through the steps like we're walking with you!!! I will be on the Ecstasy at the end of March for the 2nd year in a row. I haven't had the chance to sail any other class, but do like the smaller ship for now!! Sounds like you had a great time and can't wait to read more!!

Great review so far! Love the pics of Grand Turk. I just got an underwater camera for xmas and can't wait to use it!!!

We did the comfort inn package last year and everything went smoothly. Very nice hotel, walking distance within shopping and beach. Right beside RonJon surf shop. Would recommend for sure!!

Yes am interested to know as well. How do they tell which dock they will use. From what I understand, they use both. Is there a schedule that you can tell from? We will be there in April and would be nice to have an idea.

I have heard that since the Ecstasy has moved to the shorter cruises out of Miami, they are no longer offering it on this ship. I was looking into it for my cruise on her in March and I'm unable to get it. You can look directly on carnival's website and will show you which ships offer it.

I hear you about the weather and Mother Nature. We got snowed in today and its still coming...our weather is very similar!! I'm so looking forward to my vacation, it is slowly creeping up, not fast enough!

Looks like you had an awesome roll call group. One of these cruises I hope to have a great group like that. I"m such a social butterfly and love meeting people.

Question about the fun times, could you please see if on yours they have any of the 12-14 year old programs. My son will be 12 and I wanted to get an idea of the later night activities for him. It would be for the 4 day cruise as its the exact same itinerary.

Hi, I am travelling with my parents, brother and son. We have 2 cabins, on record, it shows that my Dad's wife and I are sharing a cabin and the 3 boys will be sharing a cabin. But in reality, sleeping arrangements will be my son and I in the same room and the other's in the other room.

So, my question is....for our onboard accounts, my Son and I will be together as cash payment upfront, whereas the others will be on credit card. Am I going to be able to set this up? And for room keys, will we be able to get room keys for each others room?

Hope this isn't too confusing :confused:

I'll explain why we've set the rooms up as such. My dad and brother aren't drinkers, whereas my step-mom and I want to partake in the cheers program. So monetary wise, it makes much more sense to have it set-up this way.
