New to holland.  Was looking into an alaksa cruise but do not know anything about holland. Past cruises have been carnival ( which is a little rowdy with booze for us) NcL which was ok but kinda boring.

We like carnival cuz the shows and comedy shows and day activities like bingo.

Was worried holland may be a little to boring or slow for a lack of a better word.

We are 50 and kids with us in 20s.

Not real drinkers or outgoing but love shows and bingo not really bars.

Does this ship offer daily bingo and little daytime shows and such and at night a Broadway show or magic or comedy .  Somthing other then music in a bar.

And dress. Can I wear khaki pants and a polo shirt to dinner except on gala note of course.

Kids have to wear slacks at dinner or can they wear the new fad yogi pants and a top?

Do they sell bottle water to purchase before hand so we can have water in room like a case ?

Is there empty fridges on board in rooms or are they stocked

Ships seem small is there alot of movement on them ? Since so small?

Any I site or things you can share I would be grateful

What about sitka better then icy ir skagway?

Have you done or have an opinion which do you like.

Bliss or joy bliss does skagway and the glacier bay where as joy does icy strait and so.e other cruise which I dont understand what it is actually and it states overnight.  So its a little more confusing.

I assume jot many have been on joy to give ship opinions since it's new to usa 

Also has anyone used this promo in the past with the reduced airfare and if so do you get to pick seats to sit together. Are the flights long layovers and odd travel times of day. And it which airline.

I would assume if there doing it all seats would jot be together and no chose on times or departures 

Oh and the free dining if I have 3 in room what's cost for the extra person and is it good for all the pay food places or only certain  ones.  Or would it be cheaper to just pay ala cart for the third person. And u see actual menu with prices anywhere

Thanks but the names dont say much. Is there a version on guys burgers or irish pub for free. Manhattan roon taste savor are those just the main dining room names ?  Garden cafe I assume is the buffet?

I understand they are sister ships, but when I look at the ships and whats on them it looks like the bliss have more of the non free food places to eat.  Is this true? or will joy be getting a makeover before she sets up for Alaska to get the same stuff.

And what about free food options I'm from carnival so not to familiar with ncl,  is there more to eat other then the main dinning room and buffets,  like carnival has blue laguna  pizza shops delis guys burger kinda places?  Don't really see any on line?

Hello. Is there a dress code for princess ships in main dining room.  Comming from carnival have never sailed priness.

Also do they have comedy shows every nite like carnival or is it a rotation like ncl

Every day they offer on board the ships a drink of the day.  What do they cost and is that with the tax and tip or is that extra.

Also how do I put gift cards on my sail card to help pay for these and my automatic gratuities  that are charged per room can I add to my card from home or have to do on the ship

will be going to Alaska on one of these, just wanted to know coming from carnival in the past, do these boats have comedians and shows, and most important do they have the bingo games  and if not what do  they have , besides the slide and go carts things for kids   im talking more for adults.

also carnival has like guys burgers and pizza shops and such that are free dinning other then dining rooms  does ncl have this types and again if so what.

What time should I be at the port if I have fttf for a breeze cruise out of port canaveral as I'll need to come on a shuddle and dont know what time to get picked up at hotel.

Will be four in room during touring but trying to book two rooms one inside to save money for another 2 each group but they would come to my room of 3 to view from balcony

Ever have one and if so was the balcony much larger then standard can 4 stand at railing for Alaska cruise ?

Also any view issues cuz the pics looks like there are the safety boats hanging right below?

Alaska cruise on spirit.  Are there Joining rooms balcony and if so can you open up the balcony part so we can all be outside together from both rooms and the balcony would be larger

Have you ever been on an Alaska  cruise?  Usually have a balcony room but was thinking about saving some and since excursions s are way more then a beach vacation.  And was thinking interior room.  But was jot sure jow it was when you go thru the passageway viewing from a deck vs your room.  Is it very crowded on the decks where u cant see very well?  Any I do on these would be great.

Not sure I understand. How do you save mo ey buying an aarp gift card. And how do you get them.  Does carnival al offer aarp discounts?  

Is it really the best deal to book the following years cruise while on this years cruise?  Looking at Alaska which is a once in life cruise for my family so I wanna get the best deal.  Wait for a sale online for 2020 or book while on my 2019.  CRuise

Trying to book airfare and not much to Choose from.

Want to be at airport 2 hours before flight so would need to be there 1030 and what 1 hr ride?  On a sat is there alot of possible traffic?

I dont see a tour on carnival for Shaffire and yes I know it cheaper to due yourself but my family will not do it that way no matter what.  I only have those two options i think.
