  1. Thanks, that answer most of my questions except for how many bags on a 15 day cruise. The suite amenity lists clearly states 1 bag per day (understand it is per suite and not per person) while from one answer the loyalty amenities are per cruise so since we are above the 14 day, would think we would get an additional bat but, would like to know for sure. Not loyalty amenities but, suite amenities.

    Thanks,

when I read the side it is very clear for me.

    For Suite Guests:

•One free bag of laundry service per suite, each seven days

  2. You all make it more exciting for me. :)

We have been 2 times with full satisfaction with HAL and found that the food in the main restaurant was better than Regent. So if Azamara food is better than HAL then maybe I do not need to pay for the special restaurants Because it is not needed to go to them.

  3. If there is a choice. Then 659 or 660 ( is slightly further away from the tender).

Then 659 is port side but don't tell much for the view (where the best view is when you are docked is not to tell). Is more the journey you make if it is landside or sunside or both.

  4. If you book now you have to pay by credit card I believe.

Do the book the money then (quickly) back on you card?

We also have OBC and like to use that for excursions (and I think a lot for internet:rolleyes:)

  5. Vicki, Thanks for the quick answers.

    New reply questions :)

In the list of complemantary drinks I see big list. With exemple the first 3 on the list:

    - Kato Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)

    - Bulletin Place Shiraz (Australia)

    - Gérard Bertrand Chardonnay Réserve Spéciale (France)

So there is everyday an one served from this list? But I can ask for an other one from the list?

We were on de Regents and there it is with dinner one of the list (but also ask for an other one) but in the bar you can other from the complete list.

  6. We are looking for maybe this time a cruise with Azamara Journey in a V1, 2 or 3 cabin but so many different info overal. So these questions to you who have sailed with this cruise line.

    1. Special restaurant: I see a package price but several prices for one time and some times one night free for each restaurant if you are in a suite or 3 for higher. So what is the true?

    2. The safe in the cabin you must pay for?

    3. Azamara is now all included. But I read some where the wine is only the "wine of the day" but also found a list with what is all included and there where several wines on it. What is it?

    4. The frige in the cabin is filled but alcohol from the frige you must pay?

    5. Is the internet speed on board oke? So we lose most off the minutes on bad/slow acces and not on realy mailing/surfing the web?

I hope to get a lot of answers and hopefull identical answers:D

  7. We where on the Voyager and the Mariner. My wife likes a bath so on the Voyager no problem. We like it both. The bath was oke and the shower was oke.

On the Mariner we had te combi of bath and shower. We both didn't like it. The bath was to small/short and showering in the bath was a problem. Small with that curtain and low seeling.

So if you don't need a bath take one of the the shower only rooms.

  8. I only know the difference between the Voyager and Mariner. The suites on the Mariner are smaller but still okay. What we didn't like was the bathroom. On the Voyager we had a real bath and a real shower. My wive like to have a bath so we choose the room with a combi. The bath is to small and the shower in the bath terrible. So I think that's also a big difference between Navigator and Mariner.

  9. We have also started with Carnival after that Holland America Line.

We discovered that "small vessels" with luxury is our goal.

Last year it was Regent. NOTE: Watch out this can be addictive (with us it is :D). We are going this year again and are looking already for next year.

It seems expensive (of course it is a lot of money), but if you compare all (add up in terms of cost) with the same level with other companies, it is not so expensive.

  10. It's time for us to make (pre) reservations on the Mainer for Prime 7 and Signatures. But reservations for 2 is unavailable in Prime 7 and almost unavailable in Signatures. Share table is no problem at all.

Last year on the Voyager there where no problems. And that ship was almost full at the time of reservation. This cruise seems to have still a lot of free cabins.

Are there less tables for 2 on the Mariner?
