For the discount you got applied did they honour the existing fare or did they advise you would have to take today's fare with the discount applied? I am being advised I would need to take todays fare which is more expensive and then have the discount applied off that.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else if having the same problem applying the new Zenith Retreat discount on existing bookings. I am being advised if I want to apply it then the discount will be on today's price and promotion which is a lot more than my existing booking. Has anyone had the Zenith discount applied off the booking at it's price and promotion when you booked it? Thanks!

Explora has just cancelled the cruise from Dubai at the end of 2024 and beginning of 2025. I was wondering else if anyone else has been effected by this too and what were you offered?

Has anyone had a cancelled cruise with Explora with the new itineraries being announced and now Explora 1 is sailing to the Caribbean instead of Dubai? I am one of the bookings effected and being told bad luck and take a refund or rebook. However I know family who were cancelled by Explora a few months ago and offered a 30% voucher. I'll be honest... I wasn't sure the person I spoke to at Explora knew what they were saying. Has anyone else been effected by the cancellations and what were you offered?
