I received yesterday an email from Royal for my B2B cruise to pay the balance or my reservation will be canceled, My balance is 0. I called 2 different Royal representative that told me to ignore it, and assured me that it will not be canceled. I hope they are right

Even that the 2 cruises are linked, the Manager told me I have to check in for each one separately

I did in the past a dozen b2b cruises, and always checked in on line only for the first week

now the Crown & Anchor rep. is telling me that I have to check in for the 2 weeks separately.

Is this correct?

and now received a new invoice that shows GTY and my original stateroom is not available

The casino host is aware about this problem, but he always acts surprised

yesterday got email from RCCL that they are reclassifying the cabin and I will know the details only in 2-3 weeks

The Sabor restaurant is much nicer and in a better location on Freedom

Just came from the cruise on the Allure September 8 sailing and saw a dog in the 150 Central Park Restaurant at dinner

I received a list of new cruises in the mail offer 191RCL904

When I called the cruise center this morning they don't have the same list as I do

and when I e mailed them a copy of my list the casino rep. still wan't honor it

I know what I was supposed to get I am also Diamond Plus with over 340 points

and was specifically told that only on Freedom you don't get it

Just the regular that comes with every stateroom, don't know the name

Just came back from B2B on the Freedom of the Seas, in Junior Suite

We stayed many times in JS on Oasis class  and always received upgraded Bathroom Amenities

But on Freedom after asking for it from Guest Services and Room  attendant Supervisor we were told because the price for the Cruise on Freedom is cheaper than on Oasis Class

We don't get the Upgraded Bathroom Amenities. is any body had the same experience? that is not consistent with the published policy
