We were just on the Eclipse, 10 nights. The UDP package wasn't available so I bought a 10 day dinner package for $28.00 per dinner including 1 free lunch

I called last weekend and they were closed

Terrible experience with this company and the owner Dwayne the company also known as Texas airport car

I arranged with the owner to be picked up from Galveston port to Houston Bush airport.

Called him when the ship docked to confirm, called again when we picked up the luggage and finally when we got outside.

Each time I spoked to Dwayne and he assured me that the driver with the car is on the way.

The last call he said that the driver will be there in 5 minutes. after waiting for 20 minutes and no driver I called him again but just got his answering machine.

Was calling him after that every 10 minutes and leaving messages.

After over 1.5 hours I realized that he probably was lying to me. I took a taxi paid more to get to Bush and missed my flight.

Dwayne never called back to apologize.

That is my experience with this company

We were on Silhouette December 14 sailing.

Went to the first breakfast in Tuscan ordered from the menu. Had to wait 30 minutes for simple order to be delivered the food and coffee were tereble left without eating and never went back. and we will not be back if they will not change it to the old system.

But maybe that what Celebrity really want do discourage using this benefit.

We took many times the Ultimate dining package, but on our 12-14-14 sailing on Silhouette

it wasn't available at all.

Why they keep a menu that was changed 4 years ego

Cruisenut, maybe they changed that in the past 2 months how old is the menu you have?

On celebrity site they have 2 different menus, one under general info for restaurants and the other one when you want to make reservations for specialty restaurant.

for example:

Pan Seared Foie Gras

and sweet breads

Available in 2 Nd. menu but not the 1st.

Which one is correct?

Every price reduction lately Celebrity calls it as a special promotion, so you will not be able to combine this with the 123 promotion that was offered before.

even when the website is not calling it as a special promotion the Celebrity Rep. is saying it is.

if anybody had a better luck lately pleas post your results.
