  1. We booked as (IS) and assigned cabin # 8440 4F on the Veranda deck on the Valor. Is there anyone on the board who may have stayed in this cabin, or one on the same deck and same area? This cabin is located what seems to be directly under the lido pool/spa area. The deck below is quiet, afraid this cabin may be noisy in the evening. We tend to retire around 10-11:00pm...

    would appreciate any input...

  2. I've seen quite a few people requesting the new Fun Times for the Valor's Western itinerary, but the folks who said they had it seem to be off of CC now. Does anyone have this that they could post? I leave in 9 days and my inner extreme planner is freaking out without having this available to peruse!

    Thanks in advance!

GOOD LUCK! I have been trying for days (on several threads) to have a copy emailed to me @ ernie_lyon@yahoo.com, but seem to be being ignored....

  3. If you enjoy snorkeling you must do "Tabyana Bch." (may have misspelled). It has the most beautiful reef about 50-75 feet out and the water is about 40 feet deep and crystal clear.

the bch is bright white, palm trees and a burger shack. We have been there 2 times, and would go back again if ever in Roatan again. Even if Carnival offers the tour you might plan your own (may be a lot less money). Check it our online, it is an awesome beach.

  4. You now have to mark your bingo cards with daubers. They sell the daubers for $2.00 each, they are the small ones. If you have daubers at home be sure to pack one or two.

Please confirm, on the Breeze for BINGO do they use daubers? or the punch thru and bend down cards as in the past? And if daubers can you in fact use a standard size dauber or a highlighter?

  5. We have done the golf cart rental and an excursion or two, but really just enjoy heading down to Jacks Shack and hanging out on the beach and waiting for the jerk chicken to be ready. It's super simple to get to, and the walk along that blue water is always enjoyable.

Santa, regarding the golf cart rentals, must these be driven on the actual roads or are there paths by the side of the road to drive on? Driving a golf cart on the road with the automobiles sounds a bit dangerous..!

  6. Thanks!! Yes it does help. I will contact pro excursions. Their website says double riders must be a combined weight under 300 lbs so they might not work for us. Not that we are overweight; just our combined weight is about 325. The buggys look fun too though so either way we won't be disappointed.

Pokergirl, I looked all over their website but could not see the 300 lb weight limit per buggy for 2 riders. Would you please direct me to that info?

  7. They specifically say not to plug their address into your GPS or map program because there garage won't be located. They say to follow the directions specifically as above.
